Upon reaching him, she grins. "Well, c'mon! What'cha waitin' for? A sinner to be 'redeemed'?" she chortles, confirming she doesn't particularly believe in redemption. In this AU, it's likely Alastor is also one of the ones shitting on Charlie. "Val's swimming toward the edge, Vox is busy gawking at Alastor tanning on the beach, and me? I'm buildin' a sandcastle with Rosie and 'Milla right by the shoreline. You can go mingle or just... do whatever, honestly. This one's for fun." Not a public relations stunt for once, she means.

"...Hm. Odette, Clara, stay close," another speaks, and the remaining two draw closer to her, likely family members of some sort.

Meanwhile, Monokuma sees two people chatting, one of which appears to be a Hellborn demon, a succubus. Hellborn are much more able to spread news to other rings, since they can travel beyond Pride.

"Wow, really?" the sinner asks the succubus, her eyes wide. "You mean you don't know them? Like, they actually hired you to be here? With money and not your soul?"

"Hell yeah, honey! I'm paid by the hour!" she exclaims with a big, fanged grin.

*Its that time of the year once more. The snow begins to fall upon the Earth, pine trees are all ripe and ready for decorating, Santa and elf costumes worn for that festive feeling, and holiday cheer filling the air for all to experience. That said, Hell and it's rings aren't the exact same as Earth. In the pride ring, there is little to no snow and most of the sinners, for one reason or another don't celebrate the holiday anymore. In the rings beneath pride, the hellborns don't exactly celebrate Christmas. Rather, they celebrate Sinmas, a holiday where they celebrate by indulging in the sin based on the ring of their birth. Still, regardless of origin or reason, none can stop the festive feelings from spreading far and wide. With that said, what do you plan to do during such a wonderful time of year?*

They're celebrities, after all, and they'd be harassed by paparazzi, certainly not the thing they'd want to force onto their returned member. However, this year? This year, with the quartet reunited... they decided to give it a chance.

Still, like the Hellborns, they made a point of, in addition to celebrating their goodness, celebrating their sins of choice. And so, Velvette scrolled on her phone the whole time, embodying the sin of Sloth. She and Alastor had joined hands, signifying their closeness, and she had her head laid on his shoulder. "Babe, look at this one," she coos, lifting her phone to show the moth on her opposite side the funny video she had found on VoxTube.

Valentino chuckled. "Ahh, de hecho divertido, niña." Val had his arm around a girl he had brought from the porn studio, clearly indulging in the sin of Lust this time of year. The girl is a fish-like sinner, likely a denizen from Envy. "Voxxy, where are we going again?"

Vox rolled his eyes. "I promised we'd attend some Christmas charity event. It's just ribbon-cutting bullshit and the like, you get it. VoxTek already made a sizeable donation to their cause... which is why the office is open still." Damn, couldn't be bothered to give his employees Christmas off? Really embodying the sin of Greed. He looks at Alastor, seemingly the first reaction he actually cares about. "That work for you guys?"

Valentino and Velvette roll their eyes, seeming to know it isn't their response Vox is looking for. Alastor, holding a tray of lightly-cooked but mostly-raw meat, along with an entire bottle of hard liquor, gives a curt nod. Seems the sin he chooses to indulge is Gluttony. "Indeed. It appears easy enough. But we have some time to kill, don't we?"

Vox raises an eyebrow. "What led you to that conclusion?"

Alastor chuckles. "The knowledge that you're always several hours early to any given event you agree to attend," he responds, as he takes a deep swig straight from the bottle.

Velvette grins widely. "Then let's go shopping while we wait! I need my strong guys to carry my bags~." The other three shudder, but don't protest. She is undoubtedly the most spoiled of them all, since she's the youngest and thus most treasured.

It had been roughly a year since Alastor's return to the AVs. And of course, with their fourth member returned to their ranks, their appearance in the party scene had amped back up, too. They hadn't hosted a formal event since just around a year after Alastor's disappearance, and even then, that event was a dud.

Which is why it was such a surprise to receive an invitation to a gala in the mail! Whether you're a popular influencer or star, an up-and-coming overlord, or some other thing, you were invited to the AVs' celebration, which could very well include being scouted for some sort of talent, or making business deals.

When you arrived, the four overlords in question were each entertaining their own crop of guests, each of their gazes nothing short of predatory, seeking new sinners to exploit and cancel when they got bored.

Valentino was predictably chatting with an attractive group of potential porn stars, and each seemed quite enamored with his charm. "Si, amorcito~. You could definitely ensnare an audience. Why don't you let me give you that chance?" he cooed in one young woman's ear, earning a blush from her. After all, abusers must be charming to ensnare potential victims.

Vox was making impressions on startup owners, along with talking to prospective actors and journalists. He kept up his most charming smile, shaking hands with who he would generally consider "the plebians". "Haha, yes, yes... Well, we at VoxTek are happy to host you here tonight," he said, keeping up that same, infuriating business-like tone.

Alastor dwelled among the up-and-coming musicians and theater performers, keeping that same infuriating smile on his face. "Well, you certainly have my attention, dear. Dazzle me. Perhaps I'll be inclined to offer you a contract," he purred enticingly, clearly adept at charming those who want to embrace fame under his thumb. A happy servant is an obedient servant, after all. He doesn't have to truly care, just has to let them believe he does.

And Velvette was being both critical and friendly, almost backhanded, to the newest and hottest influencers on social media. Some were just gaining relevancy, and some had yet to be discovered, but one thing was certain: under her reign, she would make all their names household names. "Let's see... Clashing themes and far too much blue in this outfit, but I can work with it. Swap the skirt for some ripped jeans, and swap that abhorrent pinstriped jacket for a denim vest," she instructed. She would give her tips out "for free" at these galas. Only when they realized they needed her continuous instruction would she offer them a contract in exchange for her styling.

Alastor dwelled among the up-and-coming musicians and theater performers, keeping that same infuriating smile on his face. "Well, you certainly have my attention, dear. Dazzle me. Perhaps I'll be inclined to offer you a contract," he purred enticingly, clearly adept at charming those who want to embrace fame under his thumb. A happy servant is an obedient servant, after all. He doesn't have to truly care, just has to let them believe he does.

And Velvette was being both critical and friendly, almost backhanded, to the newest and hottest influencers on social media. Some were just gaining relevancy, and some had yet to be discovered, but one thing was certain: under her reign, she would make all their names household names. "Let's see... Clashing themes and far too much blue in this outfit, but I can work with it. Swap the skirt for some ripped jeans, and swap that abhorrent pinstriped jacket for a denim vest," she instructed. She would give her tips out "for free" at these galas. Only when they realized they needed her continuous instruction would she offer them a contract in exchange for her styling.

Which is why it was such a surprise to receive an invitation to a gala in the mail! Whether you're a popular influencer or star, an up-and-coming overlord, or some other thing, you were invited to the AVs' celebration, which could very well include being scouted for some sort of talent, or making business deals.

When you arrived, the four overlords in question were each entertaining their own crop of guests, each of their gazes nothing short of predatory, seeking new sinners to exploit and cancel when they got bored.

Valentino was predictably chatting with an attractive group of potential porn stars, and each seemed quite enamored with his charm. "Si, amorcito~. You could definitely ensnare an audience. Why don't you let me give you that chance?" he cooed in one young woman's ear, earning a blush from her. After all, abusers must be charming to ensnare potential victims.

Vox was making impressions on startup owners, along with talking to prospective actors and journalists. He kept up his most charming smile, shaking hands with who he would generally consider "the plebians". "Haha, yes, yes... Well, we at VoxTek are happy to host you here tonight," he said, keeping up that same, infuriating business-like tone.

Alastor dwelled among the up-and-coming musicians and theater performers, keeping that same infuriating smile on his face. "Well, you certainly have my attention, dear. Dazzle me. Perhaps I'll be inclined to offer you a contract," he purred enticingly, clearly adept at charming those who want to embrace fame under his thumb. A happy servant is an obedient servant, after all. He doesn't have to truly care, just has to let them believe he does.

And Velvette was being both critical and friendly, almost backhanded, to the newest and hottest influencers on social media. Some were just gaining relevancy, and some had yet to be discovered, but one thing was certain: under her reign, she would make all their names household names. "Let's see... Clashing themes and far too much blue in this outfit, but I can work with it. Swap the skirt for some ripped jeans, and swap that abhorrent pinstriped jacket for a denim vest," she instructed. She would give her tips out "for free" at these galas. Only when they realized they needed her continuous instruction would she offer them a contract in exchange for her styling.
