Her math teacher: Sloth demon. Has been on the case about Sinner demography for centuries (the numbers don’t make sense!) but keeps getting waylaid by the natural inclination to take a little nap. Regularly fell asleep in the middle of Charlie’s lessons, leaving her to doodle and learn nothing about algebra.
Government: Goetic demon who ended up under house arrest when Charlie was about 40 for attempting to stage a coup to “return the royal family to their rightful throne”. It was really embarrassing, Lucifer had to stand outside his own house and shout repeatedly that no, he’s not being deprived of anything, he legitimately just hates paperwork.
Government p2: Lucifer’s natural distaste for sinners and their one veto hiring rule meant most of Charlie’s teachers were hellborn, but Lilith snuck this slightly aquatic 500 year old Sinner in by pretending he was from Envy. He taught her a lot about Overlord politics! Unfortunately, being from Zestial’s generation, most of the politics he taught her about were horrendously out of date by the time she came of age. Insanely Catholic old Spanish man, believed that he was actually in Purgatory, not Hell, and he could repent for his sins. Also believed Lucifer, most of the high ranking demons, and possibly baby Charlie herself were angels in on the scam, tricking people into repenting sincerely. Charlie didn’t buy it but it gave her some ideas.
Art: Imp from wrath, fired after a week for making Charlie cry, after which Lilith made that block of time free play. She’s the princess of hell, she doesn’t need to know about watercolors. Privately always believed that Satan was just a very old powerful imp and that insecurity is what leads him to cruelty—but alas, never got the chance to share it.
Singing + piano: Her favorite!! Uncle Asmodeus personally vetted the leading stars from Lust to pick an operetta singer with modern flair and flexibility. Great musician, great teacher. The fact that she thought hell was actually the hollowed out inside of Earth and demons were advanced, evolved humans did not come up during hiring and she was honestly pretty low-key about it.
Natural philosophy: Another Goetic demon supremacist. Lucifer and Lilith kept a pretty close eye on her after the last incident but she was the leading botanist in hell and she made sure Charlie knew her sciences. She also thought that humans were the mere incubators and demons, formed of their truest impulses and thoughts, were closest to any creator God’s image. Lilith liked that she inadvertently taught Charlie to argue with authority figures.
Speech and debate: Envy demon. Atheist. (Thinks that any god clearly died in the creation of the universe and the angels are engaged in the longest coverup in existence.) Great elocution though! Big fan of newspapers and the radio, used to have Charlie listen to some of that upstart Radio Demon’s more child-safe broadcasts.
Geography: Very elderly Greed demon. Paid enough not to say anything excessively controversial but he had private Thoughts about Earth geography. It didn’t used to be a globe when he was young, he’ll say that much.
Dance: Imp hired mostly for height reasons, though she was a very good dancer as well. Insisted on being paid in blessed silver because she thought Mammon was manipulating the currency system to his own ends. Probably correct.
