Iowa's dreams
I know quite a few things have happened these days.This painting was created by me a few months ago.The content of the painting is viewed from the perspective of Sid, the youngest child in this family, looking back at the past everyone.Looking at it now makes me feel a bit sad 😔

It was super cool to get to show off this project after working so long and hard on it. And we aren't done yet! We still plan on adding her claws, and doing other small adjustments, as well as giving her a nice polyurethane coating.
And yes, she actually plays!

Axe of the Day - Schecter $yny$ter Special Avenger . This was another of my used finds at the guitar shop. It was a trade-in, and it only took one look and about 5 minutes of play time and it was coming home. This is a Synyster Gates model, his sig is on the back of the headstock, and the tone controls have his skull logo, but other than that, it’s not overtly a signature model. . It has an original Floyd Rose bridge, 25-½" scale neck with 24 frets, on what appears to be an ebony fretboard. It has Seymour Duncan Invaders, with a master volume and tone, and the tone knob pulls for coil split. . It has a nice set through neck joint and great cutaways for easy access to the high notes, and a nice comfortable belly cut in the back. .
