I’m sitting here getting a tattoo on my knee, and it’s got me thinking about how laughter when in pain isn’t utilized enough in whump. My leg feels like it’s on fucking fire and all I’m doing is giggling and cackling like a maniac.

We (I) need to see more whumpees laughing hysterically while being beaten and tortured. Not only is it a realistic response to being in pain (it releases endorphins and pent up pressure), but think of how angry that shit would make whumper.
