“Oh he still lives in Karusa… but apparently the clan’s in kind of a vulnerable spot at the moment. Their numbers are down quiiite a bit from a recent dispute between Kohga and this other guy who was trying to take the lead or something… and *then* Kohga’s husband went into this like… completely catatonic state a couple of weeks ago and is going under some “changes”? I dunno. Either way we’re arming them with some tech so they can get back on their feet. Till then we just gotta watch out for them, make sure they’ll be alright.”

This information was nothing short of incredibly useful. She could easily go back right now and report to her girlfriends— er, bosses of these new discoveries… but that would be too obvious.
