I’m feeling pretty good. I’m back on tumblr and I’ve already met some really genuine people❤️❤️ this really brought my mood up and I’m so glad to be back. Still feeling emotionally numb and lost but I’m getting better. Good to be with my family for this weekend, ready to go back to school and I’m proud of my progress🌹

fuck material things i want to feel something

the other night i was lying in bed and i literally just hugged myself and forced myself to love myself with full compassion for 3 seconds. i stopped every negative thoughts by saying “no, stop. I love you.” and just kept holding myself tighter. for those 3 seconds i felt unconditional love for myself and literal tears formed in my eyes. I think about that night a lot.
