I genuinely believed, up until January of this year, that Crystal lived in a blimp in HGSS. This was shocking to learn that there is literally no blimp in the entire arc, and I made that whole thing up. 9 years I've been reading this series and there's literally no blimp.

And today I learned that Celebi doesn't give Giovanni a soup/stew to cure his illness. Like, Celebi, Pibu, and the spiky eared Pichu are seen with ingredients, but when they actually get to the scene, no one is carrying anything??

Blue and Silver have opposite fears regarding their trauma.

Obviously Blue has the fear of birds (I will be ignoring gsc and how she "gets over" that fear/her ptsd because it is wrong, she is still very much scared of birds) but a small detail that I don't see a lot of people talk about is how she uses her ditto as a mask to disguise herself. Despite having spent a good portion of her childhood with a mask sealed to her face, she doesn't seem to have any issue with having her face covered, whether that be with her ditto acting as a mask, or even when she's wearing the silph scope.

But then Silver is fine around birds. So this led to the headcanon of their opposite fears where Blue is fine with having her face covered, but is terrified of birds, while Silver is fine around birds, but is terrified of masks/having his face covered with anything that isn't cloth (his handkerchief/clothes/blankets/etc)

Small headcanon that I need to get out here because I need more people to give Silver fears and triggers relating to his trauma.

#this entire headcanon is me hating how canon gives Silver the typical male trauma treatment of #“it happened so he can have an edgy backstory but it doesn't actually effect him at all beyond being emotionally distant at first”#canon is wrong and canon is a coward for not doing more with his trauma #and also for trying to completely erase Blue's trauma come gsc #< prev tags #AGREED BESTIE #silver would also hate anything cold on his skin esp his face #no sheet masks for the boy #but also no ice packs when he has a bad headache

Pre-relationship Johtoshipping is at it's absolute best when it has all 3 of them struggling with the same conflict of thinking the other two are in love with each other but not them.

Except Gold and Crystal realize that they're in love with the other two and are struggling to hide their crushes while thinking that the other two will end up dating at some point, while Silver's sitting off to the side like, "My best friends :) My best friends that I love so much and would love to be with for the rest of my life, but they're in love with each other, so they get to be together like that.... is this a crush? Do I have a crush on both of them? No. That can't be it... I think?"
