What is ADHD ?

ADHD: Attention-Deficient/ Hyperactivity Disorder is characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity/impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development. (DSM-5 Definition)

Attention-Deficient/Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD for short is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders. Those with ADHD may have trouble focusing, be hyperactive, and struggle with impulsivity.

An estimated 8.4 percent of children and 2.5 percent of adults have ADHD.

Types

There are three (3) types of ADHD, each having their own criteria for diagnosis. A diagnosis is based of symptoms that have occurred over the past six (6) months.

Primarily Hyperactive-Impulsive Type: the least common type of ADHD, is characterized by impulsive and hyperactive behaviors without inattention and distractibility.

Inattentive and Distractible Type: characterized predominately by inattention and distractibility without hyperactivity

Combined Type: the most common type of ADHD, is characterized by impulsive and hyperactive behaviors as well as inattention and distractibility.

How to Care for a Little with ADHD

Be patient with your little, even when you have to repeat things more than once

Remind them to take care of themselves

Keep fidget toys and comfort items on hand

Wearing your little one out before bed so they can get a good nights rest

Try keeping distractions to a minimum when they need to be focused

Give praise and encouragement

Provide structure, this can mean creating a rountine for your little one to follow

Break down tasks into smaller sections

Explain rather than command things

Avoid using negative words

Researching this topic was very hard for me, not the actual researching itself but the things said in many articles about ADHD. It’s put off as a bad thing, with many talking about how to mask it. Definitions

Age Regression: When somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. it is a non-sexual act, not related to nsfw or kink activities. Age regression is minor safe!

Age Dreaming: an umbrella term for those who’s headspace does not fit beneath the age regression umbrella. it is a diverse, individualistic experience, which is different for each person. the headspace is usually controlled by the individual and voluntary. age dreaming is a nonsexual act, not related to kink or nsfw activities. Age dreaming is minor safe!

Different Types of Age Regression

Voluntary: when a person chooses to regress to relieve stress, cope with mental health issues or for fun.

Involuntary: where someone regresses against their will, typically to deal with high levels of stress or due to past trauma. (check my “impure agere” post)

Hypnotherapy: a hypnosis technique utilized by hypnotherapists to help patients remember the perceptions and feelings caused by past events that have an effect on their present illness. Hypnotic age regression occurs when a person is hypnotized and is instructed to recall a past event or regress to an earlier age. (should be done with a licensed professional )

Little Alters (OSDD/DID) : Littles are child alters who are generally defined as being under the age of 10. Their development as a child may be because of trauma from a young age, or because innocence is needed to cope.

Terminology

Little: A term for an age regressor

Littlespace: A term for a regressed headspace

Caregiver: It’s someone who cares for an age regressor while they’re regressed. The relationship may be platonic or romantic, but never sexual

CGLRE: “Caregiver, little (regression).”

CGXL: “Caregiver x little.” meant to reclaim the words “caregiver” and “little.”

Little Ages: the age or age group a regressor identifies with

Little Gear: items that a regressor associates with their regression (example: baby bottles)

Baby Talk: a change in talking or spelling that is similar or identical to that of a baby/toddler/child.

Verbal Regressor: used for age regressors who verbally communicate with their enviroment

Partially Non-Verbal Regressor: used for age regressors who might not want/be able to verbally communicate with their enviroment from time to time

Non-Verbal Regressor: used for age regressors who can't and/or don't want to verbally communicate with their environment due to personal reasons

🍯Why I’m Anti-CGL and Anti-Age Play🍃

I’d like to start this post off by saying this is completely my opinion and i’m not trying to force it upon you. I also do not directly “shame” people who participate in ddlg/cgl/abdl/tbdl/etc. You’re allowed to disagree with anything thing i state, however do not harrass me or start drama. ( PS,, i am not anti bdsm/kink )

🍃• the sexualization of children’s items: CGL and other variants sexualize the use of items used by children such as pacifiers, diapers, onesies, bottles/sippy cups, and much more. this is extremely disturbing to me.

🍯• it’s a pedophilic dynamic! : your dominant is getting turned on by you acting as a child, that is disturbing in itself. yes you might be consenting adults but you’re not acting as so, you’re roleplaying someone who cannot consent which is therefor roleplaying molestation and in some dynamics incest. the kink as a whole normalizes the sexualization of children and CSA. It’s hurtful to age regressors, OSDD/DID people who have child alters, CSA victims, incest victims, and actual children.

🍃• Hashtags! : this one is quite irritating to say the least. i’ve scrolled through tags while regressed such as ‘princess’ and seen ddlg content. tags like ‘princess’ and ‘kitten’ can be and are seen by literal children who could be looking for a cute cat or a pretty princess. the excuse that children shouldn’t be on instagram is invalid in this argument. having minors on instagram is inevitable, actual child or not. you’re stripping away innocence and in some states doing something illegal as it is a crime for minors to view lewd content. and don’t get me started on crosstagging, by doing this you put minors and trauma survivers at risk. keep your “kink” out of innocent, sfw tags.

🍯• it’s a community full of actual MAPs/Pedos: while you yourself may not be an ‘actual’ pedophile the CGL/Ageplay community is full of people who are, and who hide behind this ‘kink’ to pray on minors! i’ve come across a ton over the past few years, who upon me telling my age to said it didn’t bother them even though they were mid 20’s and 30’s! i had one even ask “people who are into ddlg are just into younger girls right?”. vile. and hey with the kinks whole dynamic i wonder that same question.

We hear about and see ‘pure regression’ all the time, instagram, tumblr, twitter, its all over the place. Impure regression is a lesser talked about form of regression, but it’s an important subject to talk about

Impure regression: a form of age regression where due to the regressor having childhood trauma, it can to the regression to be dark and scary. This is usually the only time when age regression is unsafe for a person. All Impure Regression is involuntary, meaning they cannot control when they regress.

Important Note: Age Regression (as i’ve talked about before) is always non-sexual apart from impure regression. With this being said the sexual feelings that may be felt during this time are unwanted, should be discouraged, and not taken advantage of.

Reassurance

Slowly and calmly bring them down/out of what their experiencing, use grounding techniques

take things that they could use to hurt themselves or others (essentially baby-proofing)

Provide them with items that can help them calm down (eg; paci, stuffies)

Hello! This is a topic that isn’t talked about often and is put off as icky, but this is a normal function that a persons uterus conducts and isn’t something to shame. Some littles find this time of the month making them more needy, therefor pushing them to little space. Other littles may find this time to be stressful, whether it be from cramps, flow, or even dysphoria. Your feelings during this time are valid! Throughout this post you’ll see me use the pronouns they and the word person, this is because not all people who menstruate are women/girls and i want to be inclusive to everybaby!!

Reminders and Tips for Littles!

🧃• Not only girls get periods! Your gender identity is valid no matter what. Try not to let your bodies functions take away from this. Just because you bleed doesn’t mean you’re feminine, despite what society may say.

🌟• Dark Chocolate is your best friend! Dark chocolate contains something called ‘magnesium’ that helps relax the muscles and ease aches which relieves pain!

🧃• Use a heating pad on your lower belly or back! If you don’t have a heating pad you can easily make one with an old sock and rice, which you can microwave and boom just like that you have a heating pad! They also sell heating pads that are in stuffie form, check out warmies.com! they have lots of different ones to choose from :)

🌟• Caffeine and sugar can make cramps worse! :(

🧃• Try exercising or doing yoga! both can improve cramps

🌟• Diapers/Pull Ups can still be worn on your period! If you don’t want to mess up your smol space diapers they sell adult “overnight” underwear.

🧃• Wear comfy clothing!

Reminders and Tips for CGs

🧃• Give your little massages! it can reduce pain. Try massaging the lower abdomen and back in particular.

🌟• Run them a warm bath! this can also below with pain and may help them regress! Try incorporating bath bombs or toys

🧃• Don’t get angry with or shame them for making a “mess” on their clothes, furniture, or sheets. Help clean it and them up and make sure they’re comfortable. Leaking isn’t something that’s controllable. Accidents happen

🌟• Not all littles want to discuss their periods! Like i’ve said the menstrual cycle is a stressful time for some and not a subject that everyone wants to share.

🧃• Create an emergency *menstrual* bag! This bag should be taken everywhere in case a period comes unexpectedly. In this bag or kit include:

Tampons, Pads, Menstraul Cup, or whatever period product your little prefers!

Panty Liners

Wipes

Small spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide; this can be sprayed on stained clothes to help the stains come out easier and more effectively

Change of underwear

Change of pants

Pain relievers: Midol.Asprin, Tylenol, Advil, etc

Extra bag; to keep soiled clothes in

🌟• Offer to help them with anything you possibly can, whether that be getting them the supplies they need or just giving cuddles.

🧃• ask them how you can support them, each person’s experience is different cis or not and the best way you can figure out what helps them is by asking them directly!

The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛 🍎

In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf.

On Sunday morning, the warm sun came up and -pop!- out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry caterpillar.

He started to look for some food.

On Monday, he ate through one apple. But he was still hungry.

On Tuesday, he ate through two pears. But he was still hungry.

On Wednesday, he ate through three plums. But he was still hungry.

On Thursday, he ate through four strawberries. But he was still hungry.

On Friday, he ate through five oranges. But he was still hungry.

On Saturday, he ate through one piece of chocolate cake and one ice cream cone, one pickle, one slice of swiss cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of cherry pie, one sausage, one cupcake, and one slice of watermelon.

That night he had a stomachache!

The next day was sunday again. The caterpillar ate through one nice green leaf, and after that he felt much better.

Now he wasn’t hungry anymore- and he wasn’t a little caterpillar anymore

He was a big, fat caterpillar

He built a small house, called a cacoon, around himself. He stayed inside for more than two weeks.

Then he nibbled a hole in the cacoon, pushed his way out and...

🪐 How to Clean Your (Custom) Paci(s)💫

Hello all! I’ve recently been fortunate to receive a beautiful custom paci and win another in a giveaway from two amazing shops who i’ll link below! With that a question arose in a brain; “how the heck do i clean this without ruining it?” . So i did some research and decided to share my findings with you all! I hope this is helpful. It’s very important to clean your pacis, especially during these times.

What Not to Do!

🪐• Use any toxic chemicals (Remember it’s going in your mouth after!)

💫• Submerge the shield in water

🪐• Use really hot or cold temperatures on it; this can cause decals to fall off or warp. Use room temperature water which is between 59°F (15°C) and 77°F (25°C) .

💫• Scrub it really hard or pick at it

🪐• Expose them to steam

💫• Try to disassemble, especially if you don’t know how to do so properly and carefully. (it can cause decals to fall off)

What to Do!

🪐• { Method #001 } If your paci just needs to be rinsed off, run the teat under warm water! be careful not to get the shield wet. After you can use a towl to dry, or let it air dry

💫• { Method #002 } If you haven’t cleaned your paci in awhile or simply want to sanitize, dip the teat in a non toxic antibacterial solution (example: hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol). Leave the teat in the solution for 45 seconds to a minute. After you remove the teat from the solution, rinse it using method #001 then dry with a towel or let it air dry. (Remember not to get the front shield wet )

🪐• { Method #003 } If you’re trying to clean not only the teat but the areas around the teat, this is the method you should use. For this you’ll need a soft bristle brush like a tooth brush or make up brush. Take your brush and do one of two things; Wet it with plain water or with non-toxic anti-bacterial solution. After you’ve done this you can scrub the back of the shield with the brush being as careful as possible to not get the front wet. You can redip your brush as many times as you need. If you used a anti-bacterial solution, then you’ll need to redip your brush in plain water and scrub the back again to rinse. After all this you can dry with a towel or let it air dry.

💫• { Method #004 } Cleaning the front! Now in these last three (3) methods youve heard me say not to wet the front of the shield; realistically you shouldn’t. However the front of the shield will need to be cleaned at some point. So what you’ll wanna do is grab that soft-bristle brushed we used in Method #003. This time you’ll wanna use plain water and plain water only (this is important). Gently brush the front of the shield, do not scrub. Once you’ve cleaned it you can gently ‘dab’ a towel on it to dry or leave it to air dry!

🪐• { Method #005 } if you’re on the go or don’t feel like rinsing your pacis you can buy paci wipes! on average they retail for 4 dollars, you can find them in the baby section. These come in handy for quick and easy cleaning, that you can use anywhere!

💫• { Method #006 } This method i only recommend for pacis that are plain (without any customization). For this method you’ll need; a pot, stove, and water. Place a pot full of water on the stove until it begins to boil, then take your paci or pacis and put them in the pot. let the pacis sit for 10-25 minutes in the water. Then carefully remove and dry! If you plan on using this method with custom pacis i recommend only boiling the teat because the hot water will remove the glue from the gems and other decor, which will make them fall off!

⚠️ Signs of a Bad Little ⚠️

Before i begin i’d like to start off by saying this in no way meant to spread hate. However i’d like to follow up with saying there will be “judging” and this may hurt peoples feelings but this post is very useful. As many bad CGs as there are in this world there are just as many bad or toxic littles, despite them being lessly called out. It’s important to understand that every CGLRE relationship works differently, some CG’s will handle these types of behaviors or traits while others leave the community all together because of a bad experience with one or more littles. It’s important to know the signs of a bad little to avoid them and their bad intentions.

🧃They only want to talk about them and their life and seem to have little interest in you

🖍 They only try to chat on their time, primarily when they feel lonely, depressed, or are needy for something

🧃They base you being a good (or bad) CG on how much money you spend on them or your financial income

🖍 Their interest in you sparked when they learned you were going through a breakup or other traumatic event

🧃 When you first meet the they talk about how depressed they are or how bad their mental state is. THis eventually turns into tell you you’re a savior to them, and threaten you with suicide or self harm when you try to leave the relationship

🖍They NEVER seem to appreciate the effort you put in to care for them and their needs usually because it doesn’t fit their overly high standards

🧃 They seem to have little regard for your needs/wants and try to make you even like a bad CG when you bring it up

🖍 Physical or Mental Abuse. yes, littles can abuse their CGs. Abuse counts as but is not limited to: kicking, biting, scratching, smacking, calling you names, downplaying your feelings, gaslighting, yelling at you, character assassination, patronizing, embarrassing you, “joking”, belittling, etc

🧃 Constantly change information about themselves (ex, change information about their age, where they’re from, etc)

Many people in the community have a DNI (like myself) For a lot of people it can be confusing (especially those who are new). So today we’ll be learning about what a DNI is!

What is a DNI?

DNI is an acronym that means Do Not Interact. It means that if you fit a certain description that someone has in their DNI that you should avoid interacting with them. For example many people have “DNI if NSFW/Kink” which would mean that if you’re a kink or nsfw account that you should NOT interact with that persons account! Some people get confused about what counts as interacting, interacting includes but is not limited to liking, following and commenting.

Why Do People Have DNIs?

While there are many reasons people have a DNI many regressors have it to keep themselves safe. Certain interactions can trigger people. Regressors get into a very vulnerable mindset in little space and we use our DNI’s to protect us from things that can pull us out our headspace, trigger us, scare us, or just make us uncomfortable. Our accounts are often our safe place and we enjoy keeping it that way, so please take the time to read and respect people’s DNI.

What if I Violate Someone’s DNI?

Simply unfollow, accidents happen and sometimes we forget to read a person’s DNI or simply missread or overlooked something on it. As soon as you realize your mistake do what you can to fix it. If you’re unsure if you break someone’s dni or if you’re allowed to follow simply shoot them a message and they’ll most likely be willing to help you out!

What if I Don’t Agree With Someone’s DNI?

I really can’t tell you anything other than it’s too bad that you don’t. Do not interact with them and don’t start an argument. If someone’s DNI upsets you that much you can simply block them, there are plenty of other accounts {for the most part} that will allow your interaction

The Reason Many Little’s Have NSFW in Their DNI:

This question is asked a lot and no it’s not because we necessarily have something against you. Many of us suffer from sexually based trauma and seeing nsfw content (ddlg especially) can trigger us. Another reason is because Age(d)re is not a sexual thing, even if you aren’t sexualizing us sometimes we can feel as though we are being sexualized especially by DDLG accounts. Lastly, a lot of us use our Agere accounts during smol space (when we are in the mindset of a actual child) and do not want to see nsfw content or it being recommended to us, especially in that mindset. Look at it this way: Would you expose an actual child to kink or nsfw content?

What is Age Regression?

Age Regression is a SFW coping mechanism used by a variety of people of all different ages. It is when a person reverts back to a younger state of mind. When in little space you are unable to consent because your mindset is of a literal child. In a CGLRE relationship there is no power exchange. Your caregiver is there to act as a parent or guardian while you’re regressed. Agere is strictly non-sexual and is NOT a kink. Do NOT sexualize anyone’s regression!

What is DDLG?

DDLG is a kink involving age play that should ONLY involve 18+ participants. DDLG focuses on a power exchange between two individuals (the dominant and submissive) and is ALWAYS considered NSFW regardless if the two parties engage in sexual activities.

Hello everyone! so this is something i’ve seen happen quite a lot , sometimes even intentionally and it something that bothers me a lot. However a lot of the times it happens on accident or because people have been misinformed on certain terms/tags. I’m making this post today to clarify what crosstagging is, how to prevent it, and which tags to use for each community!

Definition:

Cross-Tagging is when a creator uses sfw tags on a nsfw post and vice versa.

Dangers:

Cross-Tagging can expose minors to nsfw/kink posts, trigger people, pull people out of their little space , and much more. When people are looking through sfw tags they expect to see sfw content not kink or things that will trigger their trauma.

Age(d)re and Pet(d)re Tags:

agere, ageregression, ageregressor, agedre, agedreaming, agedreamer, petre , petregression, petregressor, cglre, sfwcglre, cglrecommunity, cglrelittle, regression, dontsexualizemyregression, cg, sfwagere, sfwagedre, sfwpetre, cgxl, dxlg, dxlb, mxlg, mxlb , caregiverlittle, and any other age(d)re/pet(d)re tags!

BDSM/DDLG/NSFW Tags:

bdsm, ddlg, mdlg, ddlb, mdlb, cgl, ageplay, dom, sub, submissive, dominant, daddydom, mommydom, petplay, bdsmcommunity, ddlgcommunity, petplaycommunity, nsfw, nsfwlittle, bdsmlittle, ddlglittle, ddlglifestyle, bdsmlifestyle, abdl, tbdl, and any other nsfw/ddlg/bdsm tags!

Neutral Tags:

sfwlittle, daddy, mommy, little, littlespace, littlespacecommunity, babygirl, kitten, babyboy, puppy, pup, bunny, princess, sfw, sfwlittespace, and any other terms that have to do with sfw content, petnames, etc. these tags can be seen and used by both (or non-com) communities

Why is Cross-Tagging a Big Deal?

Littles that age regress/ age dream have a sfw headspace, when regressed/dreaming they are in the headspace of a child. Coming across things such as kink or other traumatizing content unexpectedly while going through sfw tags can pull them out of their headspace and even send them into a panic attack. Cross-Tagging can also lead people to think DDLG/ABDL are the same as Age(d)re which is NOT the case and like i said previously can expose minors (>18) to kink/nsfw post that they are not ready to view.

How Can I Prevent It?

While sadly we can’t prevent other people from crosstagging (if you come across a crosstagger try to educate them or simply block) We can avoid doing it ourselves. We can do this by researching tags before using them to see which community uses it and if you should use it. We all make mistakes and if you’re unsure which tags to use, save my post as a reference!

I think it’s important to add that tags like sfw cgl, sfwcgl, sfw ddlg, or any other “sfw + kink community (ageplay, abdl, etc)” tag are also bdsm/nsfw tags despite the content not necessarily being explicit. This is important because to someone who is new to the terms and community, I could see how “sfw littlespace” being a neutral tag could make someone think “sfw cgl” is also a neutral tag (especially with the lack of the term dom), but I’ve even see people mistake sfw ddlg for an agere safe tag despite the term dom being included, so it’s not a complete guarantee.

sfw little/sfw littlespace, sfw little blog are all neutral tags, sfw cgl or sfw abdl are not.
