Stories do not change the world. I’ve learned that. But perhaps in some secret, subtle way… I mean it’s not the world I want to change.

Sometimes you read a book so special that you want to carry it around with you for months after you’ve finished just to stay near it.
Markus Zusak (via doszer)
Person: hey have you read any good books lately?

HELLO CHARACTER REF SHEET
Well, this is quite helpful. Here you are.
A new vending machine has been released which can print any book within minutes. The Espresso Book Machine has access to 500,000 different books - the same as 23.6 miles of shelf space - and can even churn out a fresh copy of Crime and Punishment in just nine minutes. Pages are printed at a rate of over 100 per minute and are then pressed, glued and cut to produce a pristine book. Users simply pick the book they would like on a screen and wait for it to be printed … it certainly is a novel way of getting a new book.
This would reduce so much unwanted book waste, you guys… this is brilliant. This is the future.

Prompt #48
What extinct animal would you bring back if you could?
Status: Complete
I know this is super late and I apologize. These past few days have been busy for me but I am no starting the prompts back up again. I love to bring back some animal that had a great purpose in the ecosystem or habitat that it lived in or that bettered the environment in some way but honestly, I can't think of any right now. So I would bring back the majestic dodo bird. That's right. The dodo bird. Poor little guys didn't even get a fighting chance. They were all killed off pretty quickly. I would love to have one as a pet. I would coddle him and give a funny name like Mr. Muffintop or something along those lines. That would just be fantastic.
Yours,
Emily~
