When I look out:
I've been bumping upon some advices where they say "maybe you should zoom out the situation and focus on what you are doing or feeling". Well, it didn't disappoint but it did instill a lot of reflections because everytime I zoom out the situation, I see the entity of the emotions but then the shadow of the unhealed child/teenager peeks. I see a child needing, confused, and looking for some things it couldn't find. I see a teenager protecting, lost, and stagnant about what they should feel.
Are we really ready to face the past versions of ourselves?
All this time, when I look out, I see and feel them looking out on me as well--waiting for me to decide the fate we all want, waiting for me to accept, and waiting for me to heal.
