‘When YH talked about CM’s mail content.. YH was mimicking how CM speaks :) YH said in really cute/sweet voice,  "Yunho~“ I believe it was "Hyung~” in original e-mail but the tone of YH’s voice tells us that in YH’s ears CM’s voice sounds like that sweet :) ‘

Here’s a really rough idea of what I like to imagine:

Gaara and Cacti / Plants

Yashamaru first introduced Gaara to caring for plants when he was young. Lots of scenes with young Gaara and Yashamaru have a plant in them, so I like to imagine gardening was something they did together.

Okok I saw that yashamaru pic you posted and it goes right to my feelings bc the lil cacti in the bg like imagine lil gaara learning how to take care of cacti and yasha making sure he doesn’t over water them and telling bb g that cacti have a natural defence too but just bc they can’t be touched doesn’t mean they don’t need care and I just

Then obviously all the bad stuff happened and he couldn’t care less about plants anymore.

But after he was reformed, Temari and Kankuro reintroduced him to plants as a way of ‘keeping him entertained’ because he didn’t go around killing people anymore. I imagine he was given a young cactus, and spent his sleepless nights watching it closely, waiting for it to flower (like little Mei in Totoro when they plant the oak seeds). Once it did flower he was so excited about it because instead of killing something, he’d helped something grow and thrive. He then decided to start collecting and caring for cacti.

So by around Shippuden time he has his own special greenhouse for his plants because he’s accumulated SO many, and he goes to his greenhouse when he’s feeling stressed or upset to forget about his duties as Kazekage for a moment and just enjoy himself.

I also like to imagine he gives everyone cacti as presents. So all the cacti I see in other people’s houses in Naruto episode backgrounds and such, I like to imagine they’re gifts from Gaara.

For example, Boruto has a little cacti sitting on his windowsill in his bedroom, which I like to imagine is a gift from his Uncle Gaara c:
