There has been several news stories posted about "Spookmane", a spectral horse that was reportedly discovered by a player on reddit. Our own datamining hasn't revealed anything like that, but we were able to replicate a spectral appearance with in-game spells and glitches.

There seems to be a stickiness to shaders, usually related to pausing/unpausing the game and fast travel. With a methodology based on one shared by another user called Famous-Escape-2491, we were able to pretty consistently cause the shaders to stack and stick.

Although this does appear to also be possible on console versions, you can also always get the console button prompts to appear by plugging in a controller.

I swear I am the only oblivion player that just like... Takes martin to Cloudruler temple immediately. I don't travel with him, I don't fuck around, and I usually just teleport there on that specific quest. I don't hang out with him. It's a universal experience I cannot relate to in the slightest.
