“I can’t scale people?” She huffed, folding her arms across her chest. “How else am I suppose to get on top of them?” His remark made her grin. “Nothing wrong with a few nibbles here and there, depending on the location, it makes things better.”

Nova tuned out her robotic companion’s worrying to scan the crowd instead. The one who contacted her had conveniently left out many details about the friend she was supposed to meet. But lately the Calypso’s crew had been lacking in funds and needed the job. So with nothing but a time, “you’ll know her when you see her,” and the promise of good pay, the two set out to find this Brill woman. And found her they did.

“She’s being a little conspicuous, don’t you think?” Orion asked as he glanced briefly over to the woman holding a cardboard sign.

“How else were we supposed to find her?” Nova said before walking over to the woman. “Does your name happen to be Brill?”

Brill glanced up at the woman who approached her, lowering the sign a little bit as she grumbled about how everyone is unnaturally tall. “That depends, is your name what the fuck is that?” She pointed at the robotic figure behind the woman. “Wait, no don’t answer that, I don’t even want to know.” She shook her head, dusting herself off since she had been sitting there for sometime holding the sign like a homeless person. Which she was.

“Nova, right? Smuggler extraordinaire that is in desperate need of money? Surprised your  services came so cheaply, at least cheap in my standards which is greedy bastards of Omega greedy.”
