Quem sou eu ?

Eu achava que sabia quem eu era,tinha meu futuro todo planejado até desenvolver ansiedade e sindrome do pânico e tudo foi por água abaixo. Me sinto sufocada com isso e parece que só piora,para acabar tenho que enfrentar mas é dificil porque o cerebro entende a situação como perigo e provoca sintomas como taquicardia,tontura,falta de ar e é horrivel. Só quero que isso pare.
