OOC info: This is a blog for Remy, AKA Sleep as portrayed in Thomas Sanders's videos :D Mod is a minor and uses she/they pronouns :]

Lore: The fun thing with playing a character who is Sleep is that sleep has existed for millions of years in different species and is essential for humans to function. Plus, Remy is canonically sleep in general, not just Thomas's sleep, so considering what little lore he does have, most of this will be my headcanons. The lore for this blog is as follows:

- He hangs around Thomas a lot because he's one of the few people that can see them regardless of whether he's tying to be invisible or not, and the Sides because they take some comfort in knowing there's entities at least a little similar to him - Lonely immortal trope tbh. Has met literally everyone, but tries not to be friends with them - After realizing he'll outlive all his friends no matter what, they've become a catty sassy bitch in the hopes that his meanness will deter anyone trying to be friends - Their name wasn't always Remy. He's had a number of names over time, but none of them felt right. "Remy" did, but do NOT ask where they got the name (please ask where he got the name) - Pretends to be nonchalant but this bitch is chalant as FUCK - Never removes their sunglasses. Sometimes he tips them down for a second but NEVER removes them - At the moment known solely to twofacedsssssnake's Janus: Remy has great horned owl eyes (this is part of why he doesn't remove his sunglasses, he can't shapeshift them for more than a few seconds at a time.) - At the moment known to some: Another part of why Remy doesn't remove their sunglasses is because their eyes glow, and this also can't be paused for more than a few seconds at a time yet. This is primarily for night vision/guiding others at night, but it's a bit of an issue during the day. - Turned Emile into the concept of mental health so he can be a real boy - Used to date The Stranger from The Magnus Archives

Abilities: - Follows almost the same logic as the sides, with invisibility and the ability to change shape - Also operates a bit on ghost physics and can choose to become visible to specific people and whether they're permeable or not - Causing/manipulating dreams and nightmares - Inducing or ending sleep - Pulling a side/imagined character out of the mindscape/imagination, either temporarily (has done this to Virgil and Logan) or permanently (has done this to Emile)
