Dockerized the application server of Cutouts! This took about 1 hour. I want to deploy this on a small AWS VM and forget about it. Currently, this is deployed on Heroku and there is a limit on the hours that this application can be up in a given month. For eg, today, 10/31 around 10 UTC, the application was already not accessible because the hours for the current month had been used up!

For about 14 hours, I will not be able to save any new cutout or check my old cutouts! 14 hours every month? That's unacceptable!
