I write some Gravity Falls fanfiction stories!

I’ve had a resurgence of people lately asking if I plan to ever finish the fic and the answer is: maybe? I had a baby last year so free time is not abundant lol, but I hate to leave things hanging and I’d like to return someday.

I started writing fanfic in college as a form of escapism after my dad had a heart attack (he recovered!), and it’s been a very rewarding on and off journey, but the fact is that I’m not 22 anymore and have other priorities now. Not to say writing isn’t important or fun, but it’s much harder for me to move past the “ideas” phase and into the “sitting down for hours to actually write” phase, you get it.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your continued support to what started as a pet project, you rock :)

Hi i just wanna say thank u so much for updating drifting stars it was one of the first gravity falls fanfictions i ever read and its something that holds a lot of nostalgia for me

Thank you so much! It’s fun to be back…I was 22 and finishing school when I started Drifting Stars, and now I’m 27 and married and working and trying to have a baby 😱😅 It’s fun to kind of hop back into who I was back then for a bit; though I love my life now, it feels a lot more structured, and going back to writing has reminded me of a freer part of myself that I don’t want to leave in the past.

This is all to say thank you for the kind message, I am delighted by it ♥️

I made this little comic thanks to a challenge organized by @metaphoricaltigers on Amino,where you needed to draw something from an unpopular AU, and i choose Timestuck beacause it’s my favourite AU, it’s so pure and sweet and i just love it

I am really happy about this comic honestly, it took me ten days but it was worth it =)

A Broken Star

A little fic inspired by @the-subpar-ghost‘s Drifting Stars fic/AU, which I love to bits! 

This takes place after Mabel and Ford get back home, though in this idea, it takes them years to get back, so Mabel is probably at least 15 in this, possibly older. And after being in other dimensions for years she is bound to have some anxiety and hard times, not to mention nightmares…but thankfully she has a grunkle who is there for her.

(this isn’t really a @forduary prompt, but I’ve been really bad at finishing my ideas for the prompts, so…have this?)
