How do I help someone with intrusive thoughts?
6 years ago I met my best friend: my dog. He saved my life multiple times and he has no idea.
My dog has helped me calm down during panic attacks, he was always there for me. Whenever I'm crying, he cuddles around me and sits on my lap, reminding me that he's there for me.
He's been with me through the toughest periods of my life and I'm very grateful for that 🙏
I hope you're all safe in your countries
Hello everyone! I missed you all so much. I'm back. Let me know if you're seeing this!
I hope you're doing well, I want to know how you're feeling. Feel free to send me inbox messages or DM me.
This is your positive daily message. Everything is going to be alright
Where you been
I'm here! I'm back!
Everyday things that give me anxiety
Glass (I'm always thinking it's gonna break at any time)
Electricity (only when I have to plug something but I'm always afraid of being shocked)
Balloons (hate them so much because they can pop at any time and I don't know when it's gonna happen and then I get scared and I hate it)
Things do get better. Trust me ❤
If you ever feel lonely and think that you're the only one going through that difficult period of your life, remember there are 8 billion people in the world: many of them are going through something similar. You're not weird, you're not alone.
And better than that: there are people who went through those things and recovered! And you can recover too. Never lose hope
glad to see you're still hanging in there
Thank you so much for this message. It may not seem like a lot but it made my day. Thank you.
Love u,
Catherine
Every day feels like I'm getting worse than the yesterdays. I seriously don't know how to fix my life. And I even know for certain I'm not capable to unalive myself lol 😅. I'm just so tired of pretending and barely surviving.
I've been there. I've felt and thought the same exact thing. But when you start taking the right medication and start going to therapy, it all gets better.
It's not something you see results straight away. You have to be strong and keep fighting. But I know you can do it.
Don't be afraid to search for help. I believe in you.
Love,
Catherine
How are you really doing?
Safe space here, you can be honest
I have this weird feeling...I wish I was already an old person.
My life would be complete, I would have experienced all the things I had to experience. I would have good memories, some bad ones too. I would have learned everything there was to learn in my life. I would feell fulfilled.
All the bad moments would have already happened...I don't want to think I still have many years to live with many bad things waiting to happen to me.
Is it too weird to think like this?
Hello?
Hello, how are you?
I know life may seem hard, but you can go through this.
During the summer I was so ready to end everything, until I turned my life around. It took many months and so much patience. But if there's hope for me, there's hope for you too!
(I might make a video explaining everything that happened to me during the summer)
I'm going to make a clothing line with mental health quotes but I need your opinion:
Which one would you like to wear?
Cute positive quotes like "Be gentle with yourself"
Or
Sarcastic and funny quotes like "Anxiety in the streets and insomnia in the sheets"

How are you really? Real answers, this is a safe space
It breaks my heart to read that so many of you are going through a rough phase. Keep fighting. I believe in all of you.
If you need anything, my inbox and my DMs are open ❤
