So, my sister and I had recently stopped by a nearby tea house, that we visit semi-often, and I had perhaps the best experience ever. I started off with a bluebells tea (which I will review later) and a crab bisque with Old Bay, then had a spicy apple pie tea that my sister just loved, and finished off with two warm orange scones (not pictured) and a peach tea. This shop is one of my favorite tea stops, and I can't wait to head back soon.

I'm alive! I got distracted thanks to college and being on a long winter break - That and I lost all of my tea review docs when I went on a doc cleaning spree - so I'm starting off with a fresh start and some new tea to spill on well... Teas.
I wanna start a fight: Peppermint tea is better than peppermint creamer for coffee.

Hey, so this is just a mini update for what's going on with this blog, since I haven't posted in awhile. What to expect: 1. Royal Milk Tea review 2. Coconut Chai review 3. A rant on pumpkin tea 4. Starbucks Iced Vanilla Chai vs Frozen Vanilla Chai Dunccaino review. These are slow thanks to college, but hopefully I'll get these posted up soon.

@five5sixers I need to be open-minded and explore other drinks. If i were to truly stick yo just one drink, how could I call myself a true tea drinker, if tea is the only drink I know? No, I must explore other paths to know if the path of tea is the path I call home... Also, I couldn't find my mini strainer, so no tea tonight for me. Haha!
What am I drinking update: A cup of instant coffee... Not my favorite but it's better than most of the instant coffees I have tried tried. And it's organic. So, all and all, a pretty decent cup.
So, just a mini coffee rant here.
I don't mind coffee. Heck, just yesterday I had an iced coffee at Dunkin that was pretty great, and I'm thinking of going back to get another one. What I do mind, however, is the behavior of certain coffee drinkers. If it's not complaints about how entitled tea drinks act or how we act like our drink of choice is special, then it's them rambling on about how they can't survive without coffee, using it as an excuse to shit on their friends, or forcing those who have never been to Starbucks to go. Like, we get it. Coffee is great for you and you want to talk about it. I don't mind at all. Just let tea drinkers talk too, and enjoy yourself. No drink is better than the other, so let's the grab a cup and drink together!
Concept: Me, hanging out with my friends, orders a tea and for once they don't harass me about being such a 'special snowflake' for sincerely preferring tea over coffee.

Me @ Tea discoursers Why is there a fight over tea leaves vs tea bag. I get that you get kind of the crumbs with the tea bags, but you can still get a really nice cup with just a bag.

Mini Rant
You know what bothers me? The fact that I’ve seen and met people who complain about the flavors in tea shops... When it’s a certain kind of tea shop. Like, a friend of mine took me to a tea shop and then proceeded to complain about the types of tea there, and the lack of English based teas, when it was an Asian tea shop, and the owner prided herself on everything being geared towards her homeland.
If you want certain tea, please check the tea menu first. Don’t go to a shop and degrade someone’s hard work, it’s not fair to them.
