I’ve decided to make a clear list of my values and beliefs just so that everyone knows what this blog is about.
. I am a radical feminist. I’m very new to this concept so I’m still learning, but over the years I’ve found that I deeply agree and appreciate what radical feminists on this site have been saying.
. I believe that sex and gender are two different things. Sex is what you’re born with, and gender is essentially just the idea of what you should be like according to your sex. In my opinion, gender roles are bullshit.
.I define womanhood by sex, not by anything else. The idea of defining women by ‘feelings’ is ridiculously vague and sexist, and it has harmed women who have lost their jobs and statuses just because they don’t agree with it. Also, it has allowed perverted men to infiltrate women’s spaces simply by pretending they are also women.
. I am deeply interested in helping the environment. I won’t lie, I’m really new to this as well, but I’m willing to learn.
. I hate Islam. It’s a religion I grew up with that has not served me at all. It has also horrifically harmed women across the world, especially women who live in countries suffering under an Islamic regime. So a lot of my posts will be criticizing this religion.
. I won’t be posting links to individual fundraisers anymore because I honestly don’t trust them. A lot of them turn out to be scams. Instead I will input links from organizations. I feel that’s more efficient and helpful.
