"Anything that puts my skills ta good use and helps bring in the green. I need cash like a dog needs ta hunt." Emmylou said as she finished off her drink with a single strong gulp. She sat it back down on the bar top with a loud clack before looking back to Roxy, lowering her voice before continuing on.Â
"Considerinâ all the work Iâve ever doneâs been for my Pa whose still servinâ time up at the state farm, Iâm in need of a new line a work and beinâ an accomplice ta terrorist activity donât look to good on no resume soâŠguess Iâma lookinâ fer somethinâ quick and under the table ya know?"
So she was willing to do some dirty deeds for some quick cash, huh? Well who was she to turn down that sort of need. She looked strong and there was the intimidation. That and this sort of place would eat her alive if she was unfamiliar with how things worked.
"I can probably help you out. I've been meaning to do something rather soon. It was going to be solo, but I don't mind if you want to tag along. We can split the profits, it'll be quick, easy and you'll be well off for a while. That sound alright?"
