The Void is a concept/tool/entity that I use to help guide subjects deep into trance and give their minds a focal point as they relax and sink.

It varies from subject to subject as to what kind of form it takes as for most it is simply a vast empty space within their minds that helps them better visualize or experience the feeling of truly being empty like a vast empty “Void” of nothingness devoid of all thoughts and feelings where their minds can simply shut off.

How would you make a sub more submissive? Like she knows she wants to be more , but is generally afraid...

Well first off it’s great she already wants to be more submissive as having that desire can help make conditioning her even easier.

Second it would also depend on what her own personal kinks are as a person who is into degradation and humiliation can be a little easier to train or condition as opposed to someone who isn’t as those kinks already lead and leave a person feeling weak and powerless and lower than their dom/partner.

I personally would use hypnosis as well as forming a list of rules/rituals to help form habits and suggestions that slowly or quickly push her towards being submissive.

For example with hypnosis you can make it so doing certain tasks, wearing certain articles of clothing, speaking a certain way, saying certain things or even saying “good girl” when she acts especially submissive makes her feel useful/submissive/happy/weaker etc to condition her towards those behaviors and makes her think certain ways or puts her into certain mindsets.

Another example would be kink defendant but denial can be a very useful tool for conditioning a submissive. You could get them used to cumming all the time and then deny them until they do or act a certain way to condition them that pleasure is a reward and not a right.
