Imagine it’s late at night after a long day of work and you just want to relax and let your mind settle.

You get ready to just relax and lay down when all of a sudden you hear static and a familiar hum come from your tv in the other room.

Finding it odd you get up to go find out what happened and turn off the tv but as soon as you enter the room you see a spiral playing on repeat on the tv.

What’s even more interesting is the relaxing hum that you hear coming from the speakers that seems to get louder and push more and more of your thoughts out of your mind the closer you get to the tv.

As you watch and listen to the Tv you start to see the words STARE, RELAX, OBEY appear. What’s more is you can now hear them coming from a soothing voice mixed in with the relaxing hum.

It’s not long before those are the only words in your mind as all other thoughts have been pushed out and replaced as even more words are added until they form a simple mantra repeating on loop endlessly in your mind

It’s not long before you feel and hear yourself repeating the words along with the him not even noticing when or how your clothes came off and you began touching yourself.

But none of that matters now all that matters is you now know you belong to and must obey The Void. After what feels like hours the tv finally turns off and you find yourself back in your bedroom laying on your bed naked drifting off to sleep.

Not even noticing the moment a small thin black line form around your neck and spiral down your body until it forms a lovely little brand/mark just below your stomach.

Drifting off to sleep you feel what you haven’t felt in so long. You feel relaxed, satisfied and without worry or stress and you know you will feel that way every night from now on

Everything is so loud. The door seems to bend off of it's hinges despite Kyle's gentle knocks, the man's voice distorting on the other side.

"Are you in there? I don't have a key, you need to let me in, Simon."

It's wrong, it's not Kyle's voice. The voice Simon hears is demanding, deep as his own, screaming at Simon to open the fucking door. It's scary, terrifying...

and so fucking familiar.

Simon doesn't answer, curled up on the floor of his bedroom, staring down the hall at the front door that seems to rattle. He wants to cry, scream for Kyle to come in and to go away at the same time. Yet, the words are stuck in his head, won't even make it to his throat as they clog his ears and muffle the world.

Stand up. Just stand up and answer the door. How fucking useless are you that you can't do that? He's here to check on you, and you don't even have the decency to. Get. Up.

The walls are too close.

The knocking stops.

The buzzing starts again.

Too much. Too much. It's all closing in around him, everything he's built, this tower of lies and deception, it's all falling apart around him. Ghost always knew it would happen, that the people he cherishes would find out just how wrong he is. Simon died in that grave, and Ghost came back in his place with a different face and body that doesn't belong to him. He has lied and manipulated the people around him into thinking he's normal, but he's not. He's not normal, and they've finally figured it out.

The phone under the bed dies.

The buzzing doesn't stop.

I saw through her eyes as she tortured and mutilated Ribbon she didn't let him scream tole me my feeling sick was annoying she just kept driving knives into him over and ver and over and she laughed and she left them there she left them and took a nap after like nothing was wrong

I took them out I snuck over and I took them out except the one in his head

She fucked up his magic core so so so so bad it was a mess I fixed it though I helped I swear I helped I didn't want to use thread magic on a living being not yet not strong enough too weak- I helped. I got the knife out of Ribbon's skull and helped repair the magic core

I know it'll be some time before you get around to this but HAVE SOME LITTLE HYPERLASER HEADCANONS SINCE ITS HER SPAWNDAY!!! (As I'm writing this)

☆First I'll get this out of the way - I used to primarily refer to her with he/they pronouns but I'm gonna start using she/her for her more often as well because I'm bored :p

Anyways, onto some proper HCs!

☆Spawndays call for the absolute minimal amount of celebration in Blackrock, so she's not really accustomed to doing much of anything for herself, let alone having anything done for her by others, but it's usually regarded as a day on which Blackrockians are given the right to take a short break from their responsibilities, so she always gets a free day off work.

☆They really feel pretty neutrally about their spawnday, they don't particularly like it but they don't hate it either. Sometimes when they're having a worse week than usual they have a whole angst spiral about how they never should have been spawned and such, but it's not an annual tradition or anything (and that's not exactly a feeling that's strictly reserved for special days, either. That's like, a typical Tuesday for them). At most, they're grateful for the day off and regretful about the path that their life has gone down. It's nothing new.

☆They do, however, use it as an opportunity to celebrate Princess! Not in any over the top sort of way, they usually just buy her a new toy or two and feed her a nice snack. Since they have no idea when she was spawned, they use their own day as a sort of filler for her :)

THE PRINCESS SPAWNDAY BIT AWWWWW... handing hyperlaser snacks too because everyone gets snacks today. for Enrichment and The Soul.
