He was larger then life, glowing like the sun. his smile lit up wherever he was, and his eyes were pools of swimming gold, i can go sifting in them for hours. He held everyone in his heart, while I only held him.
The way he shines makes me ache, the way he holds me, in the depths of the night. We listen to the sleeping forest, laying on the bad together, his hand in mine. He talks and talks, his voice soft, and sleepy. Every time he mixes up his words, he chuckles, this beautiful chuckle, the type that makes you warm.
He kisses all he likes about me, the corners of my eyes, my cheeks, my collarbone, the scars on my wrists. He kisses everywhere, as he loves all of me, like I love all of him. His every perfect imperfection. He is like a painting, perfect in every way, even in the scars, won in battle, and the bend in his crooked nose.
I just got a drawing mouse pad thingy. And I desided to actually practice my art and apply what I know. I gathers a couple of pics of loved the style and pose of. AND WHY DID KNOWONE TELL ME MY SCKETCHES WOLD LOOK 100 TIMES BETTER IF I ACUALY APLYED THE STUFF I LEARND IN A FREASHMAN ART CLASS?
I snowbord right, and for some reason when I'm snowboarding I feel compleatly human??? Like I'm were i belong I'm in the rocky mountains, im home. But I'm human??? It's the only time I dont feel like a god damnd wolf. And it BOTHERS me.

Gshep, Wolf, Wolfdog, Coyote, Fox, Badger, Serval, Hornet, Carp, Koi, Barbel, Zander, Pike, Cat, some kind of bird and probably chamois

Yes, most of the time I have constant phantom shifts of my ears and tail, usually from my dog or soul kintype
I also get mental shifts, but they're a bit rarer! Perception shifts I get a lot as well, and sometimes I have berserker shifts???
4) how do you experience alterhumanity in your everyday life
It's silly. Most of the time I just notice humans do something and ask myself "why??"... "why do you trade those coins for food?.. Why is your kind considered an adult at 18?? What even ARE NUMBERS?? WHAT"

I love it here on Tumblr!! Very chill, very accepting! I love the """esthetic""" of therian TikTok and enjoy consuming content there, but I do dislike all the misinformation

You are NOT faking it. There is no right way to experience alterhumanity. You are what you say you are, no matter your biology.

It's purely psychological for me! I grew up with animals and I'm neurodivergent... I've always loved nature and I think my brain decided to just... Abandon humanity lol

I almost constantly experience phantom limbs, mostly tail ears and wings.

Hey yall, so I just wanted to post the story I'm working on whith a friend. It's a high fantasy,l, and falows a elf dude and a human nonbinary person. Elf dude is my charicter, the nonbinary human is my friends. Any advise is very welcome. Aswell as title recommendations.

Chapter One:
ʚ New People ɞ
“Why, why did that happen so many years ago?” muttered an elf as he sat in a tree, looking at the sun dipping below the horizon, casting a glow across the forest. Vin stared out into the sunset, wondering what had gone so wrong in his life, so wrong that he had lost everything. At only the age of six years old, he had lost everything to the “Human King”.
“Brother, we need to go, they're getting closer.” a small dragon said, waking Vin out of his trance. He looked over at her, the sunset shone off of her glassy white scales.
“As we must,” the elf sighed, climbing out of the tree he was sitting in. They both started climbing down the tree
“STOP RIGHT THERE VIN!” A man shouted, running towards the pair as they landed on the ground.
“Who are you?” asked Vin
“Me? I am the king's royal guard, sent to capture and kill you. We've been looking for you Vin”
Vin stared at the man- memories coming back. He backed up against the tree, his breath coming in short gasps.
“Fuck, c-come on Nami , you fly ahead” muttered Vin as he began to slowly walk away from the man- then started running. His bare feet hit the ground as he began to run, scarcely making a sound.
An arrow struck the ground right beside Vin. They were trying to kill him.
The Human King, saying he was mean, is an understatement. Other than killing the entire Stonehall village, he would capture Elves. He would beat and use the Elves for his entertainment.
An arrow struck Vin in the back, striking him to the ground. He struggled, trying to get back up,
“Not so fast,” the man said, pushing his boot on Vin's back, pinning him to the ground and snapping the stick of the arrow. Vin groaned in pain as the foot added to the pain in his back.
“You're going to the king, mutt.” something was moving in the bushes, and suddenly a person jumped from the bushes.
“Let him go, you bastard.” Their hair was bright blue, kind of like Delphinium's “I have a stick, and I'm not afraid to beat your ass!” Vin giggled a bit in response, he liked them. They seemed to be quite fun.
“And how do you intend to win, with a stick?” said the guy.
“ANDARE!” A fox jumped behind the man, launching itself, and latching on to the back of his neck, the guy fell forwards, falling face first into mud. The fox let go running towards the enby. Vin got up, whistling. Soon after, Naomi flew down and began rummaging through the man's pockets. The man began to sit up, and just as he got to his hands, Vin ran, stepping on the man's back. The fox and Enby followed, and so did Naomi, after she got the man's gold.
“Follow me,” said the boy waving Vin over.
“What's your name?” Vin questioned.
“Eclipse, you?”
“I'm Vin, this is my little sister Naomi.”
“This little guy's name is Fay,” they said, while they petted the fox’s head.
“Is it an intelligent species, or is it of a simple being?”
“I don't know- why don't you ask?”
“Fay, are you of an intelligent species?” The fox continued to run, showing no signs of understanding.
“Okay then, he is a simple-minded fox.” they had run into a dead end, and they could hear the man behind them.
“Shit dead end,” said Naomi
“Not quite,” Eclipse said, pushing a loose rock,
“Naomi!, you can't curse,” Vin yelled. The cliff began to open, revealing a cozy cave home.
“Oh whatever- you do it all the time.”
“Well I'm an adult, you're a child,” Vin exclaimed. Eclipse Grabbed him and Naomi, pulling them inside.
