Ben is Dominic's second the rowdy counterpart to his pack leader. Ben picks fights with the other Seconds just to see if he can out fight them but Dominic constantly reigns him in.
The new Sword Ben works to become just as strong as Sebastian. A werewolf just like all the Elder's Ben might someday become one as well as a hellhound resides in his soul as well. Not even a century old he still seems to be the third oldest Second of the werewolf packs.
His Office has walls of books and is far more extensive then what some people think.

"Wel, I want to do that, so I guess I can…" Dominic mused. He’s still hesitant as he stand, wincing a little as he comes to his feet. He hopes the man’s house ins’t too far. He’d wandered all night long, he hadn’t the energy to go much further. He was just about ready to drop.
Still, he musters a small smile at that, directed up at Wolfie. “Still, it makes me happy. I don’t wanna die,” he whispered, nodding his head a little.
Wincing as he watched the tiny human stand he kneeled so that they were eye level once more. Wrapping his arm around the boys knees and lifted with out thinking much of it. Making certain that his jacket didn't fall of his tiny shoulders as he tucked the boy into his side. "Sorry my house is really far away. We'll be driving the rest of the way." He was extremely light and that worried him all the more.
Scooping up the groceries he moved towards the parked Honda two blocks down. In no time they were at his car and he unlocked it with a beep of his keys. Setting the small boy down, "I'm going to turn on the car heater and the seat warmers and then we should be set, ok?"

"R-really?" Dom questioned, eyes hopeful. It had been so very, very long since he had someone warm to sleep. He’d gotten used to sleeping on cold, damp cement, hidden away in the hopes that he might sleep safely. The thought of a soft bed and warm covers made him feel at ease. "A-and I d-don’t have to d-do anything for it?" That was usually where Dom was met with disappointment. It wasn’t like no one had ever noticed him before, however, those he;d run into his the past had less than pure intents. Dominic always let his hopes rise only to have to turn them down out of fear and discomfort.
"I-I’d like that…" he whispered, nodding a little, "Y-you’re very, very kind."
"You really don't have to do anything for it, except probably take a bath and eat." His arm bringing the grocery bag in front of him and he closes it with a settled scrunch. Setting the bag at his side he stood slowly to not startle the small boy in front of him.
"I'm being a decent person." Because he had never been a human being. Happy for the moment that his grandfather was back just in case the other pack members got rowdy.

Dominic eats quickly, as if he expects the food might run away or be taken from him, finishing it and the juice not too long after he’s given them. He licks his lips as he finishes, looking up at Wolfie. A new home. The thought sounded nice, but what if he ended up with someone he didn’t like? Or worse (and more likely), someone who didn’t like him? Still, he’d rather be somewhere he was hated than freeze to death in the winter.
"M’tired. I don’t wanna go looking for a home right now," he pouted, "B-but if you p-promise you can fnd someone wh-who wan’t h-hurt me or y-yell… a home w-would b-be nice."
He had never been in a situation where he hadn't felt loved so it worried him when the boys only idea of a new home was someone that didn't want to hurt him. "We'll get you warm and in bed with in the next to hours. I have a home with my family, so we'll take care of you if you let us." His eyes looking up at the sun and making sure everything was fine that a storm wasn't coming.
Angry that someone had let this child wander with out any help but being careful not to show it on his face or body language. Using his pack strength to make the boy calmer or at least throw out an aura of calm.
Adopting a Kid
"I-I’d never ever run away!" He said, looking wide eyed and scared, "I, uh… orphan, I guess. M-me and my m-mom u-used to be homeless and then - then she, uh… she…" He couldn’t say it. He got to choked up and teary eyed, started shaking at just the thought. "Sh-she’s not a-a-around a-anymore…" Blinking back tears and rubbing at his eyes, Dominic tried to calm himself. He hadn’t the energy to be sobbing, nor the energy to do much other than focus on getting himself fed. He was a very sensitive child, so the thought on his mother’s death was way too much for his fragile mind. He was bound to break down if he thought too long about it. "I-I’m Dominic E-Ellis."
"I-I don’t wanna freeze to death," he whined, looking up at the man. "B-but I d-don’t have anywhere to g-go…"
Thinking the information over he tried to think about how to best ask this question. So instead he waited for him to eat more because he could see the child shaking small little tremors as his own skin got colder the longer he sat there. "So Dominic would you like to find a new home then?" Digging out a energy bar and starting to eat it himself since he had been out all day.
"Or at least have somewhere to stay until I can find you a new home?" It was the beginning of November and he was ready to just pick up the small boy and taking him home to be fed by Fiona the packs den mother.
Session 3: Lucas Start Time: 9:00pm
Today was a hiring day, new employees for the company Sebastian’s company had just bought. Sleeves rolled up to his elbows and opting out of a tie for the day as he stared at the next applicant, glasses set on his nose. Sitting on the desk with the stack of applications in plain view on an aluminum desk he looked up to the male that just walked in. “Your name is Lucas right?” Gesturing to a seat in front of him as he stared up at him brown eyes watching the other with a warm sort of kindness knowing how hard an interview process could be.
Wearing his sharpest suit, portfolio and resume in hand, Lucas walked into the room with as much confidence as he could muster- which for Lucas was quite a bit- and wore a charming half smile. Closing the door behind him, he gave a brief bow of his head before moving towards the desk, “Yes, Mr…?” he segued, not having been given a name for a the man before him as of yet.
“Rothschild.” Extending his hand for the other to shake. Confidence this one did not lack, the others had been nervous with sparks of confidence when it was coaxed out of them. His own demour easy going and light the certainty Lucas brought into the room made him watch him with careful gazes. Finding confidence was often accompanied with other traits that were sometimes deemed undesirable. “So Lucas what makes you think you’re the person for this job?”
“Mr. Rothschild,” Lucas said with a broader smile, taking the man’s hand in a firm shake. He could tell, from the air of the room and the look of the man before him, that casualty was certainly not amiss. Worried in the slightest about his formal suit, he fidgeted with the blazer as he sat in the chair opposite his could-be boss, portfolio and resume still in hand. At the question, Lucas’ smile explodes and lights his face, his voice strong as he spoke, well versed. “Given the qualifications and my extensive knowledge in the field I believe I would be exemplary for this job, but I am sure you’ve already seen many who could claim, honestly, the same. What sets me apart, I would say, is my apprenticeship with the late Gregory Hallson. I worked under his administrations for almost two years before starting out on my own.”
Sebastian eased out his spot from the desk to sit across from Lucas his folder on him set on the small table in front of him. Small marks and highlights made on his application and tabs on the other pages. “So have you ever been the head of an Advertising department? This is a giant corporation that needs guidance and frankly would be in the gutter without my management so what ideas do you have to set us apart from the rest of the competition. Especially when this job starts out with six figure pay.” Leaning forward onto his knees as he spoke inspecting Luca with strong calculated eyes that hadn’t been there a moment ago. Obviously discarding the softer side he used to talk to the people before him.
Clearing his throat, Lucas shifted in his chair as the man before him spoke. Nodding his head in agreement, he began, “In my employment history you’ll see I worked for Ivy Advertisements while I was still in college. The job lasted almost two years and I left to apprentice with Mr. Hallson,” he tilts his head in the slightest then, “To be honest, I did my research on your company the moment I received the invoice for the job. I think that, given the prestige that comes with the name of your company that another approach should be taken. Maybe return back to the basics...with a modernists twist, mind you,” he chuckles, the sudden heat in the room almost unphasing.
“I’ll be keeping this company so I’m glad you understand my need to have this particular department working to the best of it’s ability.” His eyes serious as he shoves the glasses further back onto his nose. Surprised that the youth had been able to recognize him as the CEO as he rarely did interviews himself. His mind already ticking away at the reasons why Lucas should be hired but brushing that aside to keep his mind open and clear. “Now are you opposed to moving to Europe? Most of this firm will be adjusted over there unless you would be able to keep up with hours in Germany and stay here.”
Ducking his head once more in mutual understanding, Lucas set his folders upon his lap and folded his hands over it, moving to cross his ankles to keep his foot from bouncing, letting loose his well-hidden anxiety. At the next question, Lucas nods, licking his lips, “I’m used to a lot of travel, however, moving is certainly an option I am willing to take into account.” When a top company asked for your acquiescence, you gave it. He knew not to look a gift horse in the mouth.
Sebastian spent the next twenty minutes reviewing Lucas’ application with him. Asking questions where there were highlights and comments at other small bits. Watching for ticks showing if he was telling the truth and using his sense of smell to make sure he really wasn’t lying when he didn’t see ticks. “So now that that is done, do you have any questions for me?” Having shifted from sitting up to slouching and all manner of positions inbetween as he interviewed him.
Hair now a right mess from his hand having taken hold of it throughout the past half-hour or so, Lucas was still feeling quite confident about the interview. Feeling fit and well-qualified, Lucas switched his crossed ankles yet again, sliding back up into his seat. Licking his lips in thought, Lucas squeezed his hands together, just once in anxiousness, before going on, “Well, Mr. Rothschild, I do have one question- would the role in the company be flexible?” Of course he wanted the job- but he wanted more than a desk job, more than computer graphics and the like.
“This job is the department head for Advertising, this isn’t a desk job. I’m not looking for an employee that doesn’t want to get their hands dirty. You’ll be expected to go out in the field, to make your own videos, to hold competitions between your employees to create the best work in the industry you’re assigned to.” Sebastian’s back was straight as he stared at him. This was how his companies operated and he would expect nothing less especially from someone as young as he was. “I lead by example and if you get this job you will have to adopt the same standard.”
A slow grin spread on Lucas’ face and he nodded sharply, “Yes, that was what I was hoping for,” he said, ducking his head in respect. “I don’t believe in sitting behind a computer working unless I’m editing...or, well, you understand,” he chuckles, eyes bright. “If you do decide I am right for the job I look forward to expressing my work ethics to the utmost,” he says offhandedly. He was more than happy with the stance the man before him was taking and he was, in all honesty, looking forward to the job, for once. After so many interviews in the last month, this was the only promising position and he found himself, proverbially, chomping at the bit.
“Alright, we’ll have a decision by the end of the week. Well I’ll have a decision at the end of the week. I have one last question if you will.” A standard question even if his nose was telling him the answer already. One that usually turned the tide on the interview even if they lied because he had his nose. “Do you want this job? Would you be willing to move for this job and I don’t mean the six figures. I mean will you go to work and be happy that you chose to work here.”
Nodding, Lucas waited for the question...his heart pounding a bit harder, his face falling nigh but incrementally with worry. The question, however, was not near as difficult as he was expecting. Smiling, his head tilted in the slightest, “Before I answer I must say thank you for asking. Honestly, I see myself being very happy here, at your company. I believe that we have the same ideals and the same work ethic and, together, we can make a good team.”
Sebastian laughs at that and shakes his head, “Believe me you don’t want in on the inner circle but if you do well enough maybe I’ll let you onto the main company.” Having already decided that this person was probably going to be the one to move to Germany and help him. Shaking his hand once more he let him out. “I’ll call you at the end of the week.” And he did. No one else came close to the qualifications and obvious want that Luca displayed.
Adopting a Kid
Dominic wants to refuse the food, knowing very well that he doesn’t deserve it, that this man had bought it for himself and needed to eat too, but his little body wouldn’t let him refuse the offer, because he had no way of knowing when his next meal opportunity would come around. So, he very gratefully takes the food, thanking the stranger before beginning to eat, only pausing when he’s asked a question. “Uhm, yeah… I am,” he murmured, eyes fixed on his sandwich.
Dom already has a knit jumper, but the jacket helps in further keeping out the cold. “Y-you’re very n-nice, m-mister.” he said, burrowing into the jacket further.
Watching the kid for a moment longer before he reached into the bag and pulled out a bottle of apple juice. Incidentally his favorite juice and passed that off to the child after unscrewing the bottle top with a pop. "So an orphan or a run away? My name is Wolfie Rothschild, mister is to old of a title for me." Crossing his legs under him and settling in to really talk to him.
"If you don't want to answer you don't have to but winter is coming and I don't think I can in good conscious leave you out here to freeze to death." His hands setting on the ground in front of him attempting to look unintimidating. He was an Omega so that naturally made him naturally calm and trustworthy.
