To be honest when I heard Lleu was taken in as a salve I thought less of Thrall and more of Concubine(that bias is showing through so bright)

The story would open with Artos stealing a magical healing flower for his pregnant wife who fell ill, but is caught by his sister who makes him promise to give him the child in exchange for the cure (or she just steals Lleu without asking). Morgause would hit two birds with one stone: if Artos' only legitimate son went missing, he would have no choice but to legitimize Medraut and with Lleu close to her, her beauty will never fade away. Medraut could search for Lleu because he suspects his mother has a new lover and plants to kill him out of jealousy. There would be an additional conflict when he finds out Lleu is his half-brother and the true heir to the throne of Camelann, he might start poisoning him and locking him up in another tower because he doesn't want to give up the crown.

I feel like Ishraq is emotionally stunted and doesn't cry easily (he cried when he was a little child living in the brothel but they just ignored him until he stopped and was never able to shed tears again.) That's why Telemakos fascinates him. He's so full of emotions. It's so easy to make him feel any emotion he wants to see on his face. Laughter, tears, surprise, embarrassment. He wants it all.
