It's been a while but I have become so infatuated with rqg and I adore these four so much, I miss them a lot :( rqg has been getting me through my first weeks at uni I'm so grateful for this podcast! Anyway here are my first designs for the lolomg gang

Azu is a black Orc with a buzzcut, she has two tusks, the right of which is broken and on the same side of her face she has an eyebrow slit. She has long eyelashes and a gentle, kind gaze. Azu is surrounded by a large pink aura and wears three earrings, two are on the left and are cuffed and one on the right is a golden oval. Her ears are short and slightly pointed. A pink scarf drapes over her shoulders. You can also see part of her armour which is high golden collar with floral engravings.

Hamid is a brown halfling with slicked back dark curls, one curl is dropping infront of his face. His side profile is gazing downwards slightly with a soft smile and his ears are upwards pointing. He wears a small golden earring, a purple robe, ruffles and eyeliner, he has a small beauty mark under his eye along with long eyelashes. Golden flower doodles surround him.

Sasha is human with extremely pale, white skin. A burn mark stretches over one side of her face and creeps over her nosebridge slightly. She has dark eyes and eyebags and thick and scruffy eyebrows which are much like her hair that is flipped over to the left and half shaved. Her hair has a slight spike to it. She also has a white patch of hair near the back. She wears a studded leather jacket, a turtleneck and a slightly awkward but smug expression.

Grizzop is a Goblin with grey skin and wide fully red eyes, along with a sharp toothy grin. He is bald with thin eyebrows and had two very large pointy ears that stick outwards on eachside of his head, he has three arrow earrings in his left ear and a half moon symbol earring on the right. In my sketch you can see reminiscence of his armour. His head is gestured upwards confidently and eyes are looking down slightly. He has dark grey freckles. End ID]

This passage from @deanpendragon‘s ‘campfire in your chest’ has been living in my head ever since I read it. The last line punched me in the gut and I’ve been trying to draw it for Months. I really, really hope you like it enough to go and read the fic if you haven’t, because it’s a masterpiece. And then all their other works, because they all are.

Tadashi is hardworking. He loves volleyball, though not to an unnatural Hinata-and-Kageyama extent. He is insecure, but he gains confidence by the day. He would do anything for his friends - for me. He loves to help, even when there's nothing in it for him. He is selfless. He is quiet but is getting louder. He loves videogames; Pokemon is his favorite. Agree with him on that and he could talk for hours. On rare occasions, he ties hair back. Mostly when it's windy outside. He's extremely clumsy in bad weather. He hugs his pillow to his chest in his sleep instead of lying his head on it like a normal person. He has soft hands. Freckles dot not only his face, but his knees, shoulders, and arms. I would do anything to watch him do nothing for hours. I am his favorite.

ngl now i am thinking about how a genuine muppet tma take would look bc it’s funny and I love the muppets and I think it should be a movie not a show and it’s definitely a loose adaptation but I could have a lot of fun with it someone hire me

okay so it would be a muppet movie first and a tma adaptation second but i think a more lighthearted muppet horror story movie is something I personally would love so

kermit is playing jon obviously, he’s perfect for the role as he’s already a high strung stage manager, and is always a good narrator

martin is our human lead, and yea he still has a crush on jon. love wins etc

a lot of the movie is statements being acted out while jon records them, fun monster of the week muppets halloween special vibes, and where most of the wider muppet cast will feature.

i think gertrude era flashbacks should also be prominent. miss piggy would absolutely body the role. a lot of comedy to be had from all of her human assistants constantly nearly dying while trying to research for her. also adds to jons exasperation at the state of the archives.

sasha is a human. not sasha is a muppet (new cast member)

elias is absolutely human because lead villains should be in muppet movies, we’ll definitely establish that he’s evil in some way early on

the former is improved by the fact that im casting fozzie as leitner and a human man trying to bludgeon a muppet to death and getting increasingly more angry when it doesn’t work is funny

jane prentiss is also a human but the worms all look like slimey from sesame street and they definitely do a musical number when they show up at the archives

we’ll do a grifters bone gag with dr. teeth and the electric mayhem obviously
