I am so glad to be back home with my family after almost six months abroad. I would definitely do it all over again, but I definitely missed them a lot.
Some things I've done since I got home:
I've....
gone out on the lake
dyed my hair bright red
exercised
unpacked…. sort of
gotten to see my amazing cousin/best friend Anna
hung out with some neighbors and family friends
had some legal drinks, including a spiked milkshake!
worked on my scrapbook/travel journal
picked up my boyfriend from the airport
spent some time in Asheville
hung out with friends [still many more friends to see, though!]
worked on my room
looked at all my pictures from abroad…. I miss it there but I’m glad I’m home. It’s a weird feeling!
I know you're not supposed to have your phone on during take-off or landing, but I couldn't resist getting this shot of the Charlotte skyline. After being stuck in Atlanta for about twelve hours, this city was a happy sight.
