alrighty so i’m gonna be making a discord network for kin/fictives, feel free to reblog if you just wanna boost it
so first off, don’t be rude. seriously
if you block someone in the chat, whether it be for personal reasons or cause they’re a double, announce it so they know why they can’t get a hold of you later
if you’re nervous about announcing it, just tell me and i can do it for you
if someone announces they’re blocking you, do not ever make them feel bad for it. that means vauging about them too
make sure you post your message in the right section, since discord allows sections within chats. that means that if you wanna say something nsfw, please don’t put it in the general section
there’s going to be a section for different fandoms and possibly a whole section for systems/fictives to interact so if you’re wondering what kind of kin you have to be, it doesn’t matter! any kin can join!
there will be a section for triggers, so if you have one go into that section and post it on there, doesn’t matter if someone already posted the same trigger. if it upsets you, it’s better for the group to have a full list of who to not talk about certain things with
make sure you don’t make anyone uncomfy with the whole doubles situation, if you’re fine with doubles but someone else isn’t, take the time to read through their kin page/list. i want this chat to be a safe place for everybody and not just a place to argue whether or not who’s the real mvp or not (hint: you’re all fantastic tho)
don’t mock triggers. if someone says waffle house triggers them or dabbing triggers them, do not mock them for it. they can’t help it
i personally am neurodivergent and a spoonie, so if you can’t get ahold of me/don’t seem to see me often in the chat, i promise i’m not avoiding it
i’m not exactly going to be acting like a mod, more of a person in the network that happens to add everyone into it. so if you have any problems then feel free to talk to me but if there is a lot of drama i might end up having to add in a mod system in the network. i’m just not sure yet
also remember that these rules might be adjusted once the chat gets bigger or an issue arises
