Topped my nice cream bowl this morning with some of my fave homemade granola of all time. My dream is to have a nice cream/açaí truck/shack/shop - I’d top the bowls with my granola and sell it too 😌 Happy Monday y’all ❣️

I have been LOVING making nice cream lately - pretty much just frozen bananas blended to perfection in my Vitamix. I’ve been craving sweets and this is healthier than ice cream 🙊Served in a cute coconut bowl with lots of choc PB!

It’s finally getting cold here in Sydney. Definitely starting to feel like autumn - the chill in the air in the morning, beautiful golden/red leaves and earlier sunsets ✨

Very, very thankful it’s the weekend. Time to rest and recover from the long week!

Happy Hump Day! Wednesdays mark the middle of the week - probably one of my favourite days of the week. Today was even better because I got to enjoy a bit of the sunshine with this beautiful A Ç A Í bowl in the middle of the day whilst reading - it was SO restful and I am SO thankful for a bit of down time ☀️

I wanted something creamy and crunchy and this was an absolutely delish combo! I love adding an espresso shot into my yogurt - it gives me a kick in the morning and isn’t as boring as just plain yogurt. I normally have it with nuts, cacao nibs and raisins (classic, safe flavour combo) but I really wanted something fresh and crunchy this particular morning... And tada! Coffee yogurt, walnuts, macadamia peanut butter (homemade) and apple sticks 🙌 Served with some creamy almond milk oatmeal 🤗

Happy Thursday! Updates: - It’s getting cold in Sydney so the puffy jacket is coming out! - I’m officially getting sent a coconut bowl as a collaborator - so exciting 🤗 Banana nice cream - salted choc chip PB (my usual). Topped with all my faves - hemp seeds, my new batch of cacao granola (turned out so well), walnuts and dark choc PB ❣️
