Chiyumi smiled at first but when the other asked about Pippin, she froze up and looked around. He must have slipped from her hands when Shock had tackled her. “Pip? Pippen? Where did you go?” she asked and looked around when she heard groaning from a bush.

There dizzy eyed was her Piplup. “Pippin!” she quickly scooped him up alongside Shock still in her arms. “Oh dear. I hope he’s okay. How close are we to town? I might need to get him to a Pokecenter.”

Aiden turns his eyes to the groaning from the bush and sees the knocked out Piplup laying their on top of it. He rushes over with Chiyumi and looks over the small water type before looking back up at his traveling companion. “We’re a fair distance away and it’ll take us a while to get there, but we’ll arrive much earlier if we run. Return Pippin to his ball and put Shock in one so that we can run without much issue. Peeps will fly ahead and let us know when she sees a Pokemon Center.”

Chiyumi listened to him and nodded in agreement, returning Pippin and getting a new one for Shock, making them both disappear before turning to Peeps who flew up next to her. “Peeps, can you fly ahead and chirp loud if you see the center?” she asked and the cloud bird chirped happily in reply before flying off.

She began to follow at a quick walking pace. “Pippin being hurt is my fault. I must have let him slip when Shock tackled me. I um, can be clumsy like that. I feel so bad, I didn’t want to hurt anyone.”

He watches Chiyumi puts her Pokemon away and send Peeps off into the distance so that she would be able to see the Pokemon Center. Aiden matches her pace as she starts to rush off towards where he pointed out where it would be before giving her a reassuring look. “It’s okay Chiyumi. You weren’t expecting Shock to do that and so you were holding him like you normally would. Besides, Pippen is okay. We’ll get him to the Pokemon Center and Nurse Joy will be able to look him over.”

As Cassandra is writing the markings, Avion leans back against the counter and thinks about what to make for dinner while using up most of this food so that it wouldn’t go to waste. The other stuff would most likely be given to others that would want it.

He watches as Cassandra soon works her magic on the fridge and sees the runes start to glow inside the fridge. He looks on in fascination.

Chiyumi lay on the ground with dizzy eyes while Shinx kneaded on her stomach. “Y-Yeah, seems like it.” she mumbled and slowly sat up and picked up the excitable Shinx who licked her face, causing the trainer to giggle.

“She really does like me. Glad to have you Shinx. I should think of a name for you. I’ve named my other Pokemon after all.” she said then started walking again and glanced at Aiden, “What do you think for a name?” Shinx eyed the boy trainer with a smirk.

As Chiyumi started to walk down the path with the Shinx in her arms, Aiden returns Mudkip to his pokeball and walks alongside her once again. When she asks if he has a nickname for the Shinx, he responds with a shake of his head and says,”I don’t really have one. Besides, it’s better if the trainer thinks of a nickname so that you’ll have the stronger bond with your Pokemon.”

Chiyumi blushed pink and nodded. “That is true. So…you are an electric type? How about…Shock? That sounds like a cool name and a girl name. And you look like a girl I think.” she said, gazing down a the Shinx who meowed happily in reply. She gave a small giggle then added, “Still, for a Pokemon of a different region to accidentally end up here. I wonder if more sometimes do that.”

“Shock huh? That sounds like a good name.” Aiden comments. “And I’m sure plenty of Pokemon do that. Heck, I know that there’s ships that bring Pokemon from other regions so that they can be able to live somewhere else and find new homes here.” He says before noticing the lack of a certain water penguin. “Wait... where’s Pippen?”

Mudkip gives Shinx a grin and says,’Sure! We’d love to have more friends along for the journey!’ He then stops and gives the electric type a curious look. ’But who would you like to have as a trainer as we travel? It wouldn’t be good if we got separated and you ended up getting captured by someone else.’

The Shinx tilted her head and gazed at the two trainers before her in thought. Which one to pick? Chiyumi seemed hesitant but once and awhile would glance at Aiden with a blush of shyness.

This made the Shinx smirk. “The girl! She looks like she needs my help in romance. Which I happen to have good advice in.” she grinned a fanged grin. Peeps chirped excitedly. “That’s Chiyumi! I’m not sure what you mean but I’m sure she would happy to have you. Go give her a hug!” The Shinx nodded and ran right up to Chiyumi before tackling her playfully.

At the mention of romance, Mudkip could only look at the Shinx in confusion before looking at Peeps when she tells the Shinx about Chiyumi. He then watches the small electric type run over to Chiyumi and playfully tackle her before he walks back over to Aiden.

Meanwhile Aiden watches this all go down and when he sees the Shinx tackle Chiyumi, he feels a bit disappointed about not having the chance for his first capture, but ultimately decides it’s better for the Shinx to be with someone they would like more. He puts on a smile and says,”Looks like Shinx wants to be with you Chiyumi. It’ll be nice to have an electric type for your team.”
