A simple sleep spell.

I know someone has already said this, but a simple sleep spell would be milk and honey. Wether the milk is cold or hot is a personal preference (I like mine cold but I live in Australia where it's always hot.) Another thing you can add is cinnamon. IT just adds a little extra in taste and fragrance. I had this last night then curled into bed and almost instantly fell asleep. I'm only a baby witch but I hope this helps my fellow insomniacs.

Today I created a spell for a dear witchy friend of mine, @etherealpath! This was truly one of my first times trying something like this so I hope it helps.

This spell is to bless a loved one with self-love, confidence and most importantly, long-term emotional healing.

Ingredients:

The woman in the bathroom is trans and is scared that if she comes out of the stall the women that walked in will insult or harass her. but when she comes out they compliment her on her dress instead. The add ends with saying “stress tested for women.” It means Secret is including trans women in their definition of women.

I have reblogged this three times now, each one mentioning the fact that Secret not only included a trans woman, but that they /had the other women compliment her dress and treat her with respect/. I will reblog this every time I see it because it’s so important. More companies should involve trans people in their marketing - we do exist. Props to Secret for getting in on this movement. It makes me really happy to see more of the trans community represented in daily television.

This is called Afrezza. It’s an inhaler for diabetic insulin. That’s right. An inhaler. That means no more needles. It’s only for fast acting insulin, but it could still vastly improve the life of a lot of diabetics. 

Imagine having to constantly prick yourself with needles to keep yourself alive, and then suddenly there’s a new product that could change the whole way you live your life for the better.

And here’s the thing: it works. It works really really well. People with diabetes that have been lucky enough to have used it think it’s amazing.

But sadly, it’s probably going to end up as a failure because the pharmaceutical company (a French company called Sanofi) that was in charge of marketing it didn’t care enough to actually try. Not only that, but they made it incredibly expensive so hardly anyone could afford it. Most people have never heard of it, and the way things are going, no one else ever will.

Please reblog this to raise awareness of this product and hopefully get another company to market it. It could change so many lives.
