The call was slightly unexpected, because John should know how much he didn’t exactly like to answer and talk over the phone, but he answered and listened anyways. He had already walked out of Barts, holding a hand out for a cab. He frowned and watched for a cab as he spoke.

"Any obvious injuries or some evidence of fighting?”

John gave another groan as he grabbed a random pair of Sherlock's rubber gloves off the coffee table and slipped them on. He knelt down to look at the body of a woman who was face down on the floor. "No sighs of a struggle from what I can see..The body is laying face down so let me flip it over and-----..." John fell silent as he flipped the body over as he stared wide eyed. The woman's shirt was open and there was a long surgically stitched up incision from her collarbone to the navel. "S-sherlock..its another victims..from the Jack the Ripper CopyCat."

John stared curious and yet very confused at the one and only Irene Adler. "Miss Adler, What can I do for you? As you can see Sherlock isn't here. I don't know where he is honestly.." John said as he then gestured for her to have a seat in one of the armchairs. "Please have a seat, I'm sure Mrs. Hudson will make us some tea." [Jude Law Watson :P]

Irene replied with an almost small smile. Just then she sat down in one of the chairs, Watson had gestured to. She stared at him for a moment, wondering why he stayed with Sherlock. After all, he had done terrible things repeatedly to him and his dog. “I’m here to ask if Sherlock is okay. He’s been….unusual…well more unusual then normal and I’m getting slightly worried”

John sighed loudly as he looked down at his phone and groaned. He thought it best and called Sherlock and waited for him to answer. Once he had heard the click of Sherlock answering he started to explain.

I just want to publicly apologize if I offended anyone by answering the shipping meme using a gender swap of Sherlock and John. I never meant for it to offend anyone. As I said to the lovely and sweet anon that brought it to my attention, I personally don't ship Sherlock and John as a gay couple. If you do that is PERFECTLY FINE. I am not one to bash people for what they ship, i find that rude and wrong.

Most of my friends are Gay, Lesbian or Pansexual so I am NOT homophobic in anyway. Everyone, to me, is free to love who they wish to love and to ship what they wish to ship. I never meant to offend anyone with that meme. If you ship Johnlock, go for it! If thats your ship then ship the hell out of it, baby! <3

And once more I am really sorry if I offended anyone! I hope this clears up any problems that meme may have caused.

"Tell me why would the great Sherlock Holmes be in love with silly boring John Watson?" She said as her face fell a little, her emotions showing clearly in her eyes.

Please don't feel bad. We all make mistakes, and there's going to be gay people who didn't see a problem with it, there's going to be people who did. I just found it problematic. No-one's going to get everything right, but please don't feel you have to straight-wash a gay ship for it to work (likewise, never feel you have to play a gay ship if you don't ship it. End of)

You’re a very nice anon, I really thank you for not coming into my ask box and screaming at me. It’s just my personal opinion that I don’t see Sherlock and John as a gay ship. I do believe there is very deep love between them two and I actually made a post about how I feel about the Johnlock ship when I made this blog.

Do you not find the way you dealt with that Johnlock question a little homophobic? Not shipping it is fine, but answering it by genderswapping one character just feels a bit off. It was the implication it would have to be a m/f ship for there to be chemistry. Again, not saying you should ship it, just as someone who is gay, your answer sat very uncomfortably with me. Why not say you don't ship it and move on?

Honestly, I am NOT homophobic in the least. Most of my friend are either Gay, Lesbian or Pansexual. I didn't mean for it to come off as homophobic or rude, because one sexual orientation is never wrong. I am very for everyone having the right to love who they want to love. I even play gay/pansexual muses here on tumblr. And I didn't mean that it HAD to be m/f for there to be chemistry. What I meant was in the m/m ship there would have to be serious chemistry for it to work for me when shipping with my John.

I am truly sorry if I offended anyone by genderswapping it. Thats was truly not my intention at all. You're right I probably should have just said I don't ship it and moved on. Again, I am truly sorry for offending anyone by me doing that. I hope this cleared things up. :(
