saw this post and was struck with a burst of inspiration so i present:

would you, as a random [undisclosed] citizen, have 2 beers with and/or leave your puppy in the care of that john dies at the end character?

characters in question may be alive or dead, as if that matters in this series. without further ado:

john cheese: yes/no - well known for the wild stories he tells when he drinks (and also when he's sober) - most people in town have had a couple beers with him at least once already - not sure how he's kept himself alive this long, much less a puppy

david wong: no/no - most hated man in town - generally unpleasant to talk to - nothing good ever happens when he's around - history of having his dogs explode - may or may not be a dog eating monster in his spare time

amy sullivan: yes*/yes - * you may want to drink with amy, but she can't drink alcohol due to the plethora of medications she's on - would probably accept a fruity mocktail though - history of responsible dog ownership

joy park: yes/yes - you don't know anything about this woman but you would trust her with your life

big jim sullivan: no/yes - preaches the bible when he drinks - also when he doesn't drink - iffy on dog care but would probably ask amy to do it anyway (bc she loves dogs, not in a mean way)

jennifer lopez: yes/yes - possibly the only functional human adult the town has ever created

dr. albert marconi: yes/no - would probably have some good stories if you could pin him down long enough - wouldn't want a dog around his fancy occult trinkets

robert north: no/no - would probably refuse your invite (very few lamps in bars) - may or may not be from dog eating monster creation world

carlos (and by extension anna): no/maybe - where does beer go into on a tentacle monster? - anna is underage - depends how attached you are to the dog

fred durst: yes/yes - oh you know that dude knows how to party - occasionally a dog in his spare time

todd: ???/??? - who?
