"Thy Lord-Guardian hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased.” Qur’an 93:3
NIQAB IS NOT A HINDRANCE
Niqab (Complete covering, except eyes and hands), being probably the most debated aspect of our religion is an issue that even some amongst the Muslim scholars attempt to evade not because of uncertainty, but in consideration of the different stances that may instigate further division of the Muslim nation, or the Ummah as we call it. With the status quo, division amongst ourselves is a much dangerous mass destruction—also another reason why I stifle some related arguments online. Yes. I play safe. and some people may hate me for this, but social media is a harsh platform for emotional interlocutors. It gets out of hand. Almost all the time. Formal debates and PM probably will do, but not under the comment sections for every “hoomans” to direct their confirmation bias and belief perseverance unto. Please! Like this opposing opinions about Niqab-Hijaab.
“And Say to the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bodies” Surah An-Nur, Verses 30 - 31
Aware people know Islam as a religion of peace and submission, regulations and morality. And one of the most specific rulings for women in the Qur’an is about covering. The interpretation for this however, varies, whether it meant Niqab or Hijab, or the degree of coverage. We should leave it at that. Those are different levels of spirituality that those women are confident to take. They can do it, don’t stop them. It is between her and Allah, and you really cannot judge based on your interpretation alone. Whether you admit it or not, that is pride (Kibr) ruling over your perception, proving who is a better Muslim and who is best, or just to save face. Which is funny, and actually very ironic because you don’t have to blatantly prove it to people at all and depreciate another Muslim’s effort as a result.
My mother is a Niqabi, and she reminds me all the time that Niqab is a matter of Qadr, really, whether or not, Allah has gifted you with the motivation to endure. It is their right of expression, and no one is or should be forced. When you are blessed with that amount of perseverance, you will come to that decision by yourself, and that’s the point! We may have a creative power to choose, different physical deficiency, and level of spiritual immersion, but we are striving on a similar domain. Our deeds will be accounted all the same. There’s no use to dissuade anyone when you are already both standing on the same ground.
“So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it (in the day of judgement). And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will (also) see it.” Qur’an, Chapter 99, Verse 7 & 8
Anyway.
For my non-muslim friends, I want you to know that Niqabis are very wonderful people, the most caring, and loving women you will ever know. They are strong, patient, honest, and equally as competitive as any women out there. They’re real! And I cannot express this enough, these women are very beautiful in heart as they are (actually) XD! They deserve all the best in both worlds!
I want to share this message to all women advocates, and I think this competition is the best and most convenient dais I could think of where I can share the message with everyone at the moment.
For all women out there. ♥ NIQAB IS NOT A HINDRANCE.

NIQAB IS NOT A HINDRANCE
Good night world. And my beloved Marawi City profusely burns, like a sacrificial woman offered to the monster. This time, it is not to save the city from the monster. She burns that men's lust for war and destruction might be satisfied at the expense of the city. Her children watch her being torched, unable to douse off the fire from her as the crescendoing war drums reverberate throughout the place, heralding her funeral pyre. Burn now my beloved city. You were chosen to be the bride of fire by men whose only common denominator is their desire for your ashes. If you must be ablaze, then burn brightly that your conflagration may demonstrate to those who had wanted your devastation what awaits them in hell. But from your ashes, you shall rise. Like the Phoenix, you will be reborn from your ashes to a new Marawi. Or to your old glory---Dansalan. Though broken, betrayed, and bleeding, you will overcome all of these to be with the loving embrace of your sons and daughters. There is no greater, more sublime, and more powerful love than the love of a mother for her children. You will rise my beloved city. Your true sons and daughters and your adopted children await you. Those who have set you on fire will one day rue that they were ever on the wrong side of your story. Poem by Elin Anisha Guro Artwork by Sallsabil

“Remembrance of the Prophet ﷺ is the foundation of faith; the beggars are like kings due to his ﷺ remembrance.”

رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me,“ and He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. (28:16)
اللهم إن رأيتني ابتعد عنك ، فردني إليك رداً جميلاً. Oh Allah, if you see me getting farther away from you, return me to you in a beautiful way.

A pakistani friend who made my eid even more beautiful. Shukran.
Those who want to live a life of luxury even though they know that they cannot afford it have none other than themselves to blame when their life is torn apart! We should never be shy or hesitate to downgrade our entire lifestyle when our earnings have been affected. Husbands become stressed, wives complain, children develop bad habits ultimately disintegrating the once cosy home, solely because we chose to live a fake life to display to others that we have what we cannot really even afford!
When a person truly realizes this. Nothing will have the power to sadden him.
