Who remembers loving that sugary, strawberry milk growing up? You know, the kind that came from powder? Here is the #fresh, #organic, #vegan version: Yummy Strawberry Milk for One: 🍓 5 large strawberries, stems cut off 🍓 1 cup almond or cashew milk, unsweetened 🍓 1 tsp oat flour 🍓 1/2 tsp stevia OR coconut sugar 🍓 handful of ice cubes Blitz all ingredients in a blender. Drink through a straw for old time's sake. Cheers!

Or, in giving yourself or someone else the chance to love you, you may even surprise yourself. 

When I first met my husband, I had no desire to even remotely think about taking a trip down the aisle. The love we grew into has been worth releasing my former identity and all the preconceived lies I told myself about love from sparing myself the pain. The only thing I know for sure is that I can't say "never" anymore because allowing myself to evolve in this love with an unexpected person has been the most inspiring experience I've ever been through. 

There is no better love than the kind that makes me feel brave enough to practice courage because no matter what, when I come home after a failed launch or shitty project, my husband will love me unconditionally, if not more than before. And THAT is the love that fuels me to keep trying.

Real, healthy love releases us from the outdated versions of ourselves, elevates, and liberates.
