“Well, I bet that’s what Weezer says when you’re name comes up, too.”
"Well aren't you nice today." She rolls her eyes.
“Weezer is like music for the gods.”
"Weezer? Ew."
They are such dumb asses. Why would they stab each other? Jesus.
“Mmhm, he did. Stu doesn’t tell me much anymore, whatever. Can you fill me in? He wouldn’t even tell me the damn girl’s name.”
“Her name is Lennon Marley. She’s from London. She works by talking to the dead and exchanging answers to the loved ones of those she spoke to. She’s here on business. Met Stu because Stu talks to strangers. Most likely had sex with him.” Jill could’ve listed more, but went against it. “Anything else you’d like to know?”
Casey had to contain her laughter, "She... Talks to the dead? Oh jesus." She shook her head. "That's fine, thanks."
Fuck, Marry, Get Drunk With. Send me 3 names.
“Wow. Someone seems a bit angry.”
“Well, I guess Stu left you out on the whole ‘I have feeling for someone who’d gladly turn me in for escape the insane asylum’ train.”
"Mmhm, he did. Stu doesn't tell me much anymore, whatever. Can you fill me in? He wouldn't even tell me the damn girl's name."
Bored out of my mind.
I want to move out of Woodsboro. If Steven agrees to come, I want to go.
“I’m so tired of this bullshit drama. ‘Bout to just slit a throat and get it DONE with.”
"Wow. Someone seems a bit angry."
“Hey, Girlie. Who are you? Yeah, yeah, I’m Casey Becker, everyone knows me.” She sighs. “But call me Blondie, it’s been my nickname since… The incident, yeah.”

She shook her head, "I've been here. I was in the hospital, is all. With Steven- my boyfriend- he's alive too." She told her with a smile. "I don't know if he's back or not. I pray he's not, but what do I know?" She shrugged, sighing a bit.

He jumped for joy when she agreed to do so. Steven knew Casey would do anything for him and he always returned that favor, unless of course, he was tied down and couldn’t move for the life of him. No, stop it Steven, you had no choice; he thought to himself, trying to brush off the thoughts like they were crumbs. But not everything was easy – and that certainly wasn’t easy.
“Hush,” He resisted the urge to tap her nose, and looked down at the map in his hand. Okay, so it was a lot harder than it seemed the first time he took a glance, but whatever. He had all the time in the world while he was with Casey. Steven started walking north, since the map provided a lovely compass, and kept on the slightly indented path in the grass.
“They were my friends back in the day. On my team and all, I didn’t have a choice in the matter.” He did, actually. But he spent most of his time with Casey anyways, so it wasn’t like it mattered much. “I don’t complain about your friends, you don’t complain about mine. Simple.”
Steven stuck his tongue out towards his girlfriend and tightened his grip on her hand, assuring. “I’m always going to be here for you.” He reminded her with the straight up truth, “So tell me, beautiful, how’s life been since… you know…?” He never liked to mention that by name, since it hurt him in more ways than one.
"Fine, fine. But you're sort of friends with Sid, right? You don't think she's an asshole like I think most of your friends are?" She asked, teasingly- since she had gotten out of the hospital, Sidney Prescott had become the closest friend she had- she was also a survivor, so that made them closer, for whatever reason. She also associated Tatum as one of her friends, but other than that, she didn't have that many anymore. She used to have a ton, but most of them dropped like flies- probably scared that she would get attacked again in their presence.
"Life? Life has been..." She tried to think of the proper word to describe her life, and she looked up at him once she found one. "Hard. Life has been hard." She nodded along with her words, sighing a bit. "I'm too paranoid to do anything fun anymore. I need to get over it, or see a therapist, or something. I don't know. I just want things to go back to the way they were, I want to forget that ever happened." But she couldn't, because every time she looked in the mirror she saw scars. At least she put up a fight, she reminded herself of that.
"And boring. It's been rather boring, lately- not saying that I want anything else to happen around here to make it more exciting, but still. I miss school as well." She shrugged; she didn't miss it that much, but once she decided not to go back, the boredom set in quickly. "But at least I have you, and you make up for all of those things." She smiled sweetly, leaning up to kiss his cheek.

Steven held onto her tightly until she pulled away. He gave her a weak smile, the moon casting an eerie glow over the two. He held out the map towards her. “Maybe we should check it out since we’re out here?” Steven was always careful, after being gutted, he had to be; but this seemed alluring to the point he CRAVED going.
“I’ll hold your hand the whole way, I promise. But maybe we’ll find treasure or a little spot on the lake nobody else but whoever made this knows about? We have a song, so why can’t we have a place about and for us?” Steven wasn’t always the romantic type, and there were days Football came before Casey – but that would no longer be. Football got him here, putting the both of them in possible danger, and he never wanted to lose her again – no matter the cost of holding on.
“And yeah, maybe it turns out to be some hoax, but at least we spent the night together? And if you wanna turn around half way, we can, and we’ll go home and watch movies or whatever. I promise.” He leaned over and planted a soft kiss on her forehead and eyed her with hopefulness embodied in his irises.
He knew things had to be tough for her if they still were for him. She’d been nearly killed and he couldn’t save her. That’s what gnawed at him the most, was the fact he sat so helpless in that chair and knew that no matter what happened – he couldn’t save her. What good was a boyfriend football player if he let his girlfriend die? It bothered him when he’d been Harley – under witness protection name – and it bothered him as Steven.
"Steven..." She sighed- how could she say no to him? Of course she knew she'd end up going with him, even if she was scared half to death. "You know how paranoid I am..." She mumbled, biting on her lip. She look around, and there didn't seem to be anyone else around, so she nodded slowly. "Fine. But if I start to freak out, we're turning back."
She giggled at the mention of their own spot that no one else knew about- that convinced her a little further. She loved the thought of that. "Our own place, hm? That would be fun, I think. Having a place that no one else knew about, that we were safe in.." She trailed off, talking more to herself than to him. She couldn't imagine being in a place where she felt completely and totally safe, where ghostface couldn't possibly get either of them again, and if she had the opportunity to find one, she decided she wouldn't pass it up.
"Fine, we can go." She stated with a nod, taking his hand in hers. She intertwined their fingers together and stuck to his side, resting her head on his arm. She continued to bite her lip- something just didn't feel right about this place, she didn't like it. "How'd you get that map anyways? Did one of your friends give it to you? Wait- did one of them put you out here just so you could find your way back again? Ugh, Steve, why do you hang out with those jerks?"
