no but can we talk about how aunt lydia was like "girl isn't it so weird he did that right there, with witnesses? let's be glad i'm on your side and didn't ruin your stunt, don't be june osborne junior please" like this episode had me in a chokehold on a trolley barreling to who knows where and it's good and i hate it

i miss my beautiful wife joann fabrics it feels as if eons have passed since i last saw her. this guy michael keeps waving her visage in front of me and saying she’s living in his house but he is lying to me. i know this because i went into his house and found only fragments and memories of my beautiful wife joann and pictures of her shadowed face labeled “online only”. michael won’t even let me order swatches from him
the thing about suits is that the cases are pretty meh but the character writing is insane. the newbie who trusted someone so much it ruined his life and the mentor with infidelity trauma who barely trusts anyone but himself and the loyalty kink on both sides as a result? the overblown egos as a masquerade to hide those trust issues?? each side thinking the other doesn't trust them enough, isn't loyal enough??? i'm chewing glass
ok that’s all my suits posting for the day
Me for the last 15 years: im a bit burnt out rn but im sure next week will be different
A lot of people have made points about how Maekar brought his armor to Ashford wherein Baelor did not. There are speculations that Maekar may've wanted to join the Tourney, but by theory is that Maekar is essential Baelor's body guard. Being a fourth son, one of Maekar's purposes in life is to protect the heir to the throne. Throughout the show Maekar was far more aware and on edge than Baelor. Of course it was because his sons were missing, but also, because it's literally his job. When the King's Gaurds aren't around Baelor, it is Maekar's job to save/protect him.
This is seen when we're first introduced to Dunk, where it is Maekar who approaches Dunk and puts himself between Dunk and Baelor. He only sits down when he sees that Dunk isn't a threat.
The one out of the two of them expected to fight and protect the other is going to be Maekar. So it's not odd that he brought his armor just in case.
Remember how before I said I couldn’t tell if Harvey and Mike were platonic or romantic? Well they are definitely romantic because I just got to the fucking aye aye captain scene and there is no way that Harvey’s face afterwards is anything other than a man questioning his sexuality
when that one person ruins your pr mandated vacation so now you gotta hit the disassociating pose

“Can it be possible there are morals for men and morals for women, or morals for women and none for men?”
In 1892, Ella Sheldon boarded the SS Belgic as the only woman among the crew on a 65-day voyage to Hong Kong. What followed was years of globetrotting and journaling.
Highlights from these writings include musings and observations concerning sexism in the workplace, divides between classes, and other moral conundrums.
