Usually we buckle him up but just this once we let him have a little freedom and gave him his blankie and he was asleep for most of the trip back home. Also, I LOVE this seat protector. First trip to try it out on and it was great! Jax being a good boy at breakfast this morning. He shimmied farther under the table after these photos, I had been getting a little concerned of people tripping over his little paws. My only irritation was that one of the employees started interacting with him even after I said not to and kept getting him excited while I was trying to get some tea. But last night he did VERY well. He took the loud speakers well, at first a little hesitant but then was fine. The fake soapy snow freaked him out at first, but then he settled. I LOVE this game because it’s like 7-8 people all participating in a game to entertain ONE big dog and that’s amazing

Went to pick up Pokemon Sword and Shield with my husband and figured it was perfect time to take Jax in his second Public Access training trip. He did very well and only got a little restless towards the end, but by then I wasn't handling the crowd well either. After leaving a sad Lucky behind we finally got to test Jax on whether or not he would be good for bike riding. Lucky got his own seperate walk, but this is something Jax can really stretch his legs with. For a first time, he did extremely well. But in the beginning he tried to play with the front tire and every now and then is set on grabbing the leash and his "left", "right", and "halt" commands reeaaally need work lol. Had a routine visit with the vet today to update his rabies and bordetella, and this dork randomly started slobberying blood on everyone. He must have bit himself cause the vet tech, chris and I looked all over and found nothing. I can't take him anywhere xD That aside, we also found I was right, his allergies are getting pretty bad right now so they gave us some antibiotics in case he gets an infection from his toes and stuff to help the itch. https://www.instagram.com/p/B4lZVGGBGTF/?igshid=1hh00nc9lqoep

Another great walk, this time more people were around for Lucky to be a brat with but hopefully over time he'll eventually stop the more I correct. Ended the walk with another five minute sit in the car. He got a little anxious for a moment but then settled down again. Tried something different after our walk today. Lucky is usually terrified of being in cars and becomes a bundle of shivering nerves. But today after out walk I put him in and we sat for 5 minutes. He did very well! Jax is also doing very well on his walks and I've turned walking with Lucky into a more challenging walk for him. He and I walk fast together but Lucky has a much slower pace, though I am challenging Lucky by going a little more brisk and less stops (he wants to stop every five paces or so to pee on something) https://www.instagram.com/p/B4c3BHehs_L/?igshid=1wx4sawrezu2d

Jax's allergies got a little out of hand today and I had to give him some benedryl again.
