Parker Michael Jordan the son of Danica and Morgan Jordan. At a young age Parker was told sports is the only way you were gonna get anywhere in life besides his grades. He didn't really understand. His father was never around and was a drunk and his mother was a lawyer who always was busy but always made sure she had time for him. As he got older and got into middle school he started playing football for the local team in Marysville,Ca also known as the Marysville Jr Vikings and got good grades. He knew his mom was busy but he knew something was not right but never had the courage to ask his mother what was wrong. When he got into high school he was the number one ranked WR in the state and was also Honor Roll. He always made sure to be at every school event as he was the popular kid and was the schools superstar and 5 star recruit to any school he wanted to go to just in his freshman year. When he became a senior he played harder than he ever had before. As the season ended he knew this was his last chance to show everyone his real potential. So he balled out like he had never balled before. At the end of the school year he was gonna be signing to go to college at U OF M Where his parents met and graduated from. So in his first and second year of college it was the best years of his life. He was the starting wide receiver number one and having the time of his life. His third year of college he got a phone call from his best friend that his mom had died in a house fire and she didn't make it out in time. His best friend was all burnt up from trying to save his mom and the fire department not getting there soon enough. When he went back for his mothers funeral he spoke that he was not gonna ever let that to anyone else's family and he will be going to fire fighter academy to make sure that he became a fire fighter and saved lives. He never wanted anyone to ever go through the pain he did. Now a days you will find Parker as the fire chief at the Cape May Fire Department where he has been since he was 19 years old when he moved to Cape May, NJ. He got promoted to fire chief when he was 25 years old because the recent fire chief retired and saw the hard work he was putting in and all the training he had at the academy as the former fire chief was his teacher at the academy. He makes sure to keep his promise to the families back home and here in Cape May that he will save all the familes he possibly can from fires and keeping everyone in Cape May. His moto he lives by is Everyone is Family so make sure you treat them as such and that's the poster he has above his desk with a picture of his mother Danica next to it. Other places you could find Parker is supporting the local High school football team and at Rock concerts having a good time.

Charlotte hopped out of the shower and started to get ready when she heard a knock on the door and Freddy barking. She ran out of her bed room and to the front door, knowing it was Parker who was there to pick her up so they could go to the. Dupont Moreau party together. Making sure Freddy wouldn’t run out, she opened the door to her boyfriend looking as handsome ever. “Hi” she said shyly and stood on her tippy toes for a kiss. “I am not ready yet but come in, come in,” she said opened the door fully so he can come in.

Parker smiles as she opens the door and checks her out. “How long until you’re ready baby.” He replied and walks inside her house. The male slaps his girlfriends ass softly as he waited for her to reply to his question.

she looked down and nodded. "No harm no foul or however that saying goes. Where were you off to speed demon?” She nodded her head. It really was the least the guy could do. “Let’s go.”

looking at the women as he said “I was just on a run. I had just gotten back from tour and needed some fresh tour.” Jayden had replied as he walks besides the women “I’m Jayden by the way.”

“Well, if you don’t mind my asking. How did you get the job? If you didn’t ask for it.” He nodded and switched weight from one foot to the other. “I’ve heard of seniority but don’t think this was the case.”

Parker took a deep breathe and said “I don’t mind answering at all.” The male said then added “I got the job because while I was at the academy I trained to be a fire chief. I started at the bottom and one day my fire chief needed assistance on a call that as a big fire and I agreed. So when he saw what I can do as well as saved a little girls life when I ran into the burning house and looked up my background at the academy he called me into the office and told me he was gonna retired. He then said that I was the only person for the job. The people I work with were pissed because as normally Seniority is a huge thing in my line of work but the fire chief wanted to be different and saw potential in me. That’s how I got it.”

Charlotte bit her lip as Parker spoke, “Remember the last time we did it in the back of your car? I think I got a cramp in my leg that lasted a week,” she chuckled and rubbed her calf. “But I mean I’m not exactly saying no,” she said with a wink and a smirk, watching him as het got into the car.

Parker smiles as he looks into her eyes deeply the blushes as he licks his lips “I mean we can take my truck that way there’s more room and you won’t cramp.” Smirking widely as he placed his hand on her cheek.

Charlotte loved looking into Parker’s beautiful blues eyes, so whenever his caught hers, she would momentarily lose her train of thought. She chuckled as she listened to his question, knowing that they did have a lot of daylight since it was so early but she would totally crawl into his bed and not want to leave. “Thanks. And babe, you know I can’t resist that bed of yours,” she said with a wink and then put on her sunglasses, waiting for him to get into the car himself.

Parker smirks at the words that just came out of her mouth as he looks into her eyes and winks “I mean if you want we can get in the backseat and do a quick one.” Licking his lips as he got into the car, staring into her gorgeous brown eyes.

Smiling into the kiss Charlotte, lightly shrugged. “I know, but if I come inside, I’m afraid we won’t make it to the beach.” She shook her head playfully and winked. She always got butterflies around Parker, even after all these years that they’ve been together. She took his hand as they walked down to her car. “I definitely need this beach day,” she replied.

Looking into her eyes as he grabs her waist, smiling as he follows her down to his care, smiling then “ So what do you think would keep us from the beach baby girl? I mean we still have plenty of daylight because it’s 8am.” Asking her as he said then opens the door for her.

“Oh that’s awesome. That has to be a nice job to have. Is it something you saw yourself doing when you were younger or was there something later on in your childhood that told you that this was your calling?” He asked the other. “It’s August. Sorry, I can babble a lot without even realizing it. What’s your name?”

“I’ll be real with you. I had a scholarship to play football and was being scouted but NFL teams and was even told I was a5 star prospect going to be drafted number one in the draft I declared for. No I didn’t think I would ever be a firefighter or even be fire chief but I am what I am when I lost my mom in a fire.” He told August and said “I am Parker.”

As Parker said he had something for Gunnar, Agnes’s brows knitted in momentary confusion. She then glanced behind her to her son as the man made his way back into the fire station. “Vad tror du att han har?” She asked the toddler. She was met with a babbled response that turned into her son spotting another butterfly and beginning to tell her about it instead. The butterfly was yellow; and since that was his favorite color, he was very excited about the yellow butterfly.

When Parker returned with a plastic fire hat and a jacket, Agnes’s eyes lit up. She hadn’t expected that. She expected maybe a cool sticker or something. A sticker would’ve been more than enough to make her son’s whole day. “Herregud… Wow. Thank you.” She smiled as she took the hat and jacket from the man. She folded the jacket and placed it in the basket on the front of her bicycle for safe keeping. But the hat she had to stop and properly show to Gunnar. “Titta, gubbe. Du har din egen brandmanshatt nu! Kan du säga tack till den trevliga brandmannen?” She passed the plastic hat to her son. Blue eyes went wide as tiny hands came to take hold of the hat. He tried to place it on his head; but his helmet was in the way. This led to a moment of frustration before he ultimately passed the hat back to his mamma. She took it and placed it on top of the jacket in the basket. “Kan du säga tack?” She prompted the toddler again.

Instead of thanking Parker, Gunnar opted for his infamous excited ’hej!’. He then began to tell the fire chief all about the yellow butterfly; though his babble was only truly understood by his mamma. “He saw a yellow butterfly when you went inside. He wants to tell you all about it.” His mamma clarified, a small chuckle escaping her lips.

Smiling at the both of them as he said as he got down to Gunner’s level and said “why don’t you tell me about this Yellow Butterfly. Is it beautiful? Is it your favorite thing on this earth?” He said with a smile as he looks up at Agnes “How do you say butterfly?”

JJ nodded as a small little smile spread across his face. He knew a bit about being the youngest in a world where people only reached the top by having an influential connection. “You know man, I feel like most people don’t appreciate the fact you worked your ass off to get to where you are. Most people especially who reach the top do so being helped by someone already on top. You did it by working hard and I can’t be mad at that. I find that inspired. And don’t worry about what people say. Someone always will have things to say. Shouldn’t be something you make your problem you know? All that matters is that you love it.”

Parker smiles as he looks at the older male and nods as he spoke about how he had to work his ass off and most people don’t appreciate that. “Yeah, I get where you are coming from. I just don’t want people to think I asked for this because I didn’t. I would have kept my paygrade I was at before I became fire Chief. You know what I mean?”

August was beginning to get a little lonely in this town. His sibling was here but they were busy and August tended to have the opposite schedule as others since he was constantly working on the weekends and evenings. He was thinking about getting a fur baby to keep him company while he was bored.

He was heading down to the shelter and as he was going there, he was passing the firehouse where he saw a gentleman walking back to his car and then talking to himself. “What is it that you do?” He asked since the other seemed to be talking to himself. August also hadn’t been present when the scene had played out with Parker and the younger kid.

Parker saw the male standing there as he had asked him what he did “I’m the Fire Chief in town. I just recently got the job about 6 or so months ago.” He replied as he looks at the male in front of him “What’s your name, my man?”

As the man—who introduced himself as ‘Parker'—crouched down and began speaking to Gunnar, Anges could already predict the confused yet intrigued look that would find its way to her son’s face. She gazed over her shoulder at the boy. His face was exactly how she pictured it. He was intrigued by the strange man and clearly wanted to engage with him; but the man’s words made little sense to his ears. So his mamma went ahead and translated. “Kan du berätta för Parker ditt namn?” She prompted.

After a long moment’s contemplation, Gunnar’s face lit up. “Gunn!” He exclaimed, pointing proudly at himself. At this, Agnes laughed. “This is Gunnar.” She introduced her son to the fire chief using his proper name—a name the toddler hadn’t fully mastered just yet. “Och I am Agnes... It is nice to meet you, Parker.”

Parker smiles at the both of them and said “Pleasure to meet you both. Hold on I have something for Gunner.” The male quickly made his way back into the station and grabs a plastic fireman hat and athentic jacket and hands it to Agnes “These are for Gunner. He seems like an amazing kid and I bet one day he’s gonna make you a lot of money and do great things.

Watching Parker, Jimmy couldn’t help but be proud of his friend. “Oh yeah no doubt. And she was awesome. I remember she was always so nice to me.” He nodded and shoved his hands into his jeans pocket and continued listening. “I am always down for a party, you know that. And I am sure my roommates would be down to if we wanted to throw it at my apartment. They’re cool so no worries.” Chuckling as he listened to what his friend was saying about people who question him. “Shit the mayor dude? That’s dope though man. I’m proud of you bro. Why don’t we get out of here and go grab some coffee or something? Nothing piques my interest with these books anyway,” he said and turned his head to the door and tilted his head.

Parker nodded as he listen to his best friend talk about basically not caring what people think and he should just do what he loves “Thanks, Jimmy. That means a lot bro. I just don’t want people to think I’m just some dumb youngster playin

“Nice save, chief.” JJ smiled as he was being completely honest. He knew the word around town mostly with the older crowd about the male but he didn’t care much for that. As long as Parker loved what he did and did it well, that was all that mattered. And it showed in the moment he had saved that kid from a bad collision. “That’s good to hear. Would be bad if you didn’t love the job or didn’t take it seriously. Are you done for the day?”

“Thanks JJ.” Parker replied as he looks at the older male then said “Yeah it would be but I’m sure as you and most people in this town know I’m the youngest fire chief in this towns history. How do you feel about me? I’m just curious because I love job and I wanna make sure I make the people of Cape May happy. “ Nodding as he asked if I was done for the day “Yes I am but the job doesn’t stop even off duty.”
