The head of a company survived 9/11 because His son started kindergarten. Another fellow was alive because it was His turn to bring donuts. One woman was late because her Alarm clock didn’t go off in time. One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike Because of an auto accident. One of them Missed his bus. One spilled food on her clothes and had to take Time to change. One’s Car wouldn’t start. One couldn’t Get a taxi. The one that struck me was the man Who put on a new pair of shoes that morning, Took the various means to get to work but before. He got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive today.. Now when I am Stuck in traffic, Miss an elevator, Turn back to answer a ringing telephone… All the little things that annoy me, I think to myself, This is exactly where I’m meant to be At this very moment

So I viewed a one bedroom flat on the other side of town today. Its quite a bit smaller than my current flat (which is far too big), but still a decent size. Th bedroom is bigger than my current bedroom, and the living room is a good size too. I requested a place with a shower as I have fainted in the shower before, but this place doesn't have a shower. It has a place for a shower, and a fuse in the fusebox for a shower, but I can always get permission to put a shower in myself. The place is carpeted, and painted. Its not to my taste, but thats easy to fix. The only problem is that is has storage heaters like my current flat. But it's smaller than my current flat, and it has quite low ceilings. I'm gonna take this flat methinks.

All I want in life...

All I want in life is somewhere to live thats warm, dry and I can have my books and weird little things around me. Said place doesn't have to be big, or fancy. It just has to be warm. This evening Boyfriend and Best Friend and I were dismantelling my bed, and stuffing all my clothes/bedding and curtains into big black sacks ready for when I move. Bestfriend grabbed a pair of curtains, told me that they felt damp, and smelled musty/damp/horrible. Its quite upsetting because I hate living in a freezing cold, damp flat. My clothes feel damp, my books have gone wavey, and bathing is like a form of torture. I hate having friends and family over because it is just a horrible atmosphere. On a positive note, I am viewing a possible new flat on Wednesday, AND today I found an awesome throw in a thrift shop that will cover the sofa my Gran has promised me.

It is SO hard to take butt selfies! I was so chuffed to see some verrrryyyy slight ab definition earlier. I’m also so pleased with my butt and thigh progress. Excited to see what I’ll look like after a few weeks of strict clean eating and training. I am so damn proud of myself! Gotta work on those muffin tops…
