UPDATE – September 22nd – 28th
Theme of the week: No theme. We are taking a much needed hiatus this week. It's a fitting time to do so, specially with our upcoming theme. We love to lead by example! *wink!*
Next theme: REST – we'll discuss the importance and benefits of taking a break every now and then.

Happy Throwback Week!
For Throwback Thursday, we dug up this awesome photo of a child from the 1950's/1960's playing as if he were from the future.
It's been quite a week for us, that we completely missed yesterday's Thorwback Week post for #WayBackWednesday. Perhaps this awesome photo from the late 1800's or early 1900's will make up for it!
*Note: There seems to be a camera rigged to the left wheel of the bike. Maybe this vintage "GoPro" is actually a Hasselblad?
#ClippedOnIssuu from Bucket Kickers – issue #2
For this issue of Bucket Kickers, we spent some time hanging out with Becca Ballantyne – a rookie athlete in snowboarding and wake sports. Over the summer, she landed on the podium repeatedly, competing in events such as The Roots Wake Series, Canadian Nationals and Wakestock World Championships. And we captured some of those 'bucket kicking' moments here!
"Jailed for 27 years, [Nelson Mandela] emerged in 1990 to become the country's first black president four years later and to play a leading role in the drive for peace in other spheres of conflict. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993."

#ThrowbackWeek #TakeBackTuesday
With the exception of a clip of Lance Armstrong (at 5:54 - 6:18), who took performance enhancing drugs to win as many races as he did, this video shows some of the greatest inspirational moments and people in history.
Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it, you can never get it back.

Dear Photograph, I was astounded, but I hadn’t had time to consider what I was seeing. Mark Yokoyama
Time has passed and New York city is as vibrant as ever, but it's a day we will always remember.

SNEAK PEEK:
We’ve clipped this from our 2nd issue of Bucket Kickers, to give you a sneak peek of our feature story on this awesome up-and-coming wake sports/snowboard athlete. My sister and I had a blast hanging out with Becca and her family while covering this story during the summer season. We look to sharing it with you soon!
We came across this beautiful work of art by Kristy Patterson, an artist from Guymon, Oklahoma, United States. You can check out more of her art work on her blog: http://flyingshoesstudio.blogspot.ca/
TIME
Time, in broad terms, is defined as the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present and future regarded as a whole.
Lately I feel like I don't have enough time in the day to fulfill both my obligations and doing stuff I want to for myself. I know I'm not alone in wishing there were all the time in the world to accomplish things.
Aware that the concept of time is viewed differently across various cultures, I want to open up a conversation this week about this topic. What does time mean to you? How do you spend your time and for what purpose?
