Hello everyone! Recently, the Moon has seen some rather distressing content from an old friend, and we wanted to come on here and give a quick reminder to the IRL Chuunibyou community.
Fiction DOES affect reality. We see it every day as chuunibyous. What the hell do you think Love, Chuunibyou, and Other Delusions is on about?? Just random kids making up random things?? No! Nearly every single chuunibyou you meet will have some kind of fictional source that they get their powers, inspiration, or motivation from.
By this, you are also saying fictional characters aren't real, which makes fictionkins invalid. This is obviously not true. For crying out loud, we exist, right here.
You cannot be chuunibyou and believe fiction doesn't affect reality. These are contradictory.
Please think about the people you are harming before speaking of a belief so malicious.
Hello hello everyone! I see you have stumbled upon my corner of the interwebs, allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Livia, I am the magus of flowers, the descender from beyond the veil and the last cetra, some also know me as the daughter of Saturn and the child of Trivia, although my most prominent title is The Aeon of Freedom.
Most of you likely know me from my presence in the magic outpost, as it is the one place I feel the most comfortable hanging out in and I am a part of the staff there.
I am an experienced occultist and witch, I won't bother with dumping my resumé on here, but rest assured I know what I am talking about, as I have been practicing since childhood even in this vessel.
In vessel I am in my mid 20s, in soul as old as time itself. I reincarnated into this world at its beginning and now follow its cycles.
Pronouns are of no matter or worry for me, use whatever.
For the most part I am here to observe and to make my presence known, and to help whenever I can or wish to.
This is a sideblog, so follows will be from elsewhere
now, as a matter of DNIs and personal boundaries.
I do not want any radqueers, radqueer neutrals or radqueer positives on my blog. No comments, no interactions, no saving my posts. If I find you doing so you will be blocked.
I do not believe or subscribe to any doomsday or war prophecies, fate is not something which controls me nor will I ever let it. I am not a pawn in anyones glorified chess game.
Divine politics are as interesting as dirt on the floor, if not even less, I do not care and I will never care. I uphold pietas by honoring all divines and maintaining a good relationship with all spirits around me, even those I do not agree with, that does not mean my personal values align with anyone but myself.
I am not a hellenic polytheist, I do not associate with the hellenic gods. The roman gods are not the hellenic gods. End of discussion.
I do not support witch hunting or exclusion based off of what someone worships, supports or has ties to. So long as you are not a radqueer and do not attempt to push your own beliefs onto me then you are welcome to stay here, believe whatever you must and wish, do not assume it is the final truth of this world.

As there seems to be a drought of information about the Roman demigods, I have decided to make my own post sharing what I know and my experiences. This post will serve as a go-to guide for new or curious readers about the core concepts, ideals and virtues that a roman demigod follows in their daily life; questions are welcome and encouraged.
Things such as battle, prophecies etc will be written about later.
Liber Filiorum Deorum
A Guide for the Children of the Dii Consentes
I. De Diis et Liberis Eorum
On the Gods and Their Children
The gods have always walked beside humanity and interacted with them; it is as natural for them as it is for us to breathe.
Unlike what many may think, the ancient Romans did not only care about biological children and placed great value on adoption and stewardship, which directly reflects in the variety of children that a god can have.
Some children are born of divine blood, carrying a direct lineage to one of the gods; others are recognized later in life.
Their character, devotion, or service earned them the acknowledgement of a divine patron.
Neither path is considered superior; a child recognized by Jupiter through years of just leadership stands beside one born beneath his gaze with equal dignity and equal responsibility. All who are under the guardianship of a god are equal and brothers in arms.
To be called a child of the gods is not a title of privilege. It is the acceptance of greater obligations, responsibility, and duty to the state and to your fellow demigods.
II. Pietas: Duty Before Glory
The first virtue expected of every child of the gods is Pietas.
Pietas is an ancient Roman virtue representing a deep, dutiful sense of respect, loyalty, and devotion. It encompassed one’s obligations to the gods, the state, and one’s family.
It is the root of the modern English word “piety”, though its original meaning was much broader.
In short, as demigods we have a duty to engage with mortal life and society and to work towards bettering it for everyone.
The gods do not call every child to become a legendary hero; the gods of Rome call every child to become a good citizen. Our first duty is to live well and be well in their name; monster hunting is one of many ways to fulfill that, but it is not the only one.
III. Pax Deorum
Preserving Harmony with the Gods.
In the golden days, the relationship between deities and humans is reciprocal, and so it remains to this day.
The gods bless those who uphold their responsibilities and mortals honor the gods through ritual, gratitude, and right action. This harmony is known as the Pax Deorum.
Children of the gods are encouraged to:
Maintain household shrines.
Observe festivals.
Offer thanks before demanding aid.
Honor promises.
Respect sacred places.
Live in a manner worthy of divine trust.
Live in a way that honors their parent(s)
Faith is shown by action rather than words alone; do not proclaim and boast about your lineage; show it by becoming someone whose name is remembered with respect, love, and fondness. And by maintaining a good relationship with the divine for yourself and all around you.
IV. Virtus
Character Above Talent
Divine gifts are seen as secondary to divine character; blessings can be revoked if acted on recklessly and crudely.
Every lineage possesses different strengths, yet courage without wisdom is recklessness, knowledge without compassion is arrogance, and strength without restraint is tyranny, and so on. Use the blessings of your parents in good measure, and choose to do what benefits all rather than just yourself.
The greatest measure of a child of the gods is not what they are capable of doing, but what they choose to do.
No blessing is an excuse for poor character, certainly not when it ends up harming others.
V. Officia
The Duties of Daily Life
Demigods are expected to live among society, not apart from it. Now, of course, disability happens, sickness happens; you are not expected to ignore those and push on; the expectations are equal to your capabilities. Some of the examples of what can be expectations are to:
Attend school.
Pursue higher education where possible.
Learn a trade.
Serve your community.
Raise families should you choose.
Vote.
Volunteer.
Protect your neighbors.
In short, the world is not improved solely by defeating monsters. It is improved every day through honest labor and faithful service.
Your occupation is not separate from your service to the gods; quite the opposite, it is often the very means through which that service is fulfilled.
VI. Sacra Urbana
The Sacred City
To the untrained eye, a city is a place of concrete, glass, and steel.
To those who walk beneath the gaze of the gods, every city is a living tapestry of sacred spaces, ancient traditions, and quiet acts of devotion.
This is a conscious choice made by the gods to ensure the dafety of their children, for the Roman gods have never abandoned civilization, they are the very gods of civil life.
As humanity has built, expanded, and transformed its settlements over lifetimes, so too have the gods remained present within them. Temples may have crumbled, forums become public squares, and ancient roads disappeared beneath asphalt, yet the sacred foundations endure.
Each place holds a blessing of the divine; stores and malls are under the protection of the watchful Mercury, Minerva resides in the libraries, museums are a collective meeting ground for all gods of old.
And as gods they hold a collective duty towards each other and mankind, meaning any demigod can seek sanctuary under the protection of any god and be granted it, personal disputes rarely affect the children.
Apart from that, there is also the Genius loci of the building, the very spirit of it, often manifested as a defender of the place and all who enter it, I recommend that one focuses on maintaining a good relationship with all that is around you, and in return it will protect and guide you away from all harm.
VII. Familia Divina
The Divine Family
As many may have learned by now, the gods hold their children to expectations of virtue and honor. The following links will point to individual entries for each god, slowly built upon and expanded over time.
[wip]
VIII. summa summarum
In conclusion and to wrap things up.
As a part of the republic of Rome and a child of their divines you are not expected to carry everything on your own, there is always a brother in arms to rely on, whether that is a genius loci, a god or a fellow demigod depends on where you are.
To be a child of the republic of Rome is to live well in its name, that is all that is expected off of you.
I hope this guide was to your enjoyment and helpful, more will be written later when the divine calls me to it.
In the meantime, if there are any questions feel free to drop them in my ask box and I will answer to the best of my ability!

Welcome to my online journal/blog for speaking about my spiritual path and life.
My name is Livia, though I am sometimes also known as Polaris.
I am both a daughter of Trivia, she of the threshold and liminal and a child of Saturnus Liberator, he who ruled the golden age of freedom and prosperity.
I have known for a long time that they are my parents, though it is only recently that I have felt any want to make that information public and to engage in the demigod spaces.
I regularly engage in veneration and work with the titans, both in their Hellenic and their Roman forms, if titan worship doesn't sit well with you then I ask that you do not interact with me.
Apart from that I study mythology, anthropology, religion and language. As well as volunteer at the local museum and church when I have time to.
I have access to the the domains of my mother and father, though obviously not on their level of power and influence. I am particularly fond of divination and anything to do with knowledge and liberation.
You are free to interact as you may wish to, or don't, either way I will remain here to document and research.
Do you love Sailor Moon? Have you ever dreamed of becoming a Sailor Senshi? Well, look no further, dear magi’s, for The Moon brings you this shining concept! WRITTEN AND COINED BY: THE MOONLIT PRINCESS YUZUKI LUNAE GLACINFERIS
Sailor Senshi’s; What Are They?
So, what exactly is a Sailor Senshi? If you haven’t watched the anime, a Sailor Senshi (also called Sailor Guardian or Sailor Soldier) is a magical girl associated with an object from outer space, such as planets, stars, moons, asteroids, comets, etc. If it exists within space, there is a Sailor Senshi for it! These magical girls use their powers to fight the forces of evil during the night.
Just like most magical girls, we Sailor Senshi’s have a magical and mundane identity. During the day, we may appear as regular humans, but during the night, we are out as heroes! We use transformation items to control our powers and appear as Senshi’s within the dreamrealm, making us unidentifiable to monsters and onlookers. Each Senshi has a Sailor Crystal, which contains the source of a Senshi’s powers. With a traditional Sailor Senshi outfit, this crystal is usually kept in the brooch.
If you’ve watched the anime, you may think that Sailor Senshi’s fight for the side of light against darkness, but this is not true! Light and Darkness are close friends, and The Moon is when the two combine. Enemies can form from any source, whether that's light, darkness, chaos, order, anything. No one element is inherently bad nor good!
“So, what do you fight for?”
This answer varies with each Sailor Senshi; but I, as the Sailor Senshi and Princess of The Moon, fight for love! We believe in unity and spreading kindness!
Sailor Crystals and Why They’re Important
As said before, every Sailor Senshi has a Sailor Crystal (also referred to as a Star Seed or Star Crystal), and this can appear in any shape and color; though, it usually matches your distinctive color. These crystals hold a Sailor Senshi’s powers, as they are born with their respective cosmic object. Speaking literally, a Sailor Crystal is the core of a Sailor Senshi.
It’s very important to take care of your Sailor Crystal! Very powerful enemies may try and steal them from you; it’s crucial you protect your Star Seed with everything you have!
“What happens if your Sailor Crystal gets damaged/broken/stolen?”
Don’t worry, for this is where the joy of this concept comes in! If anything happens to your Sailor Crystal, all you have to do is ask The Moon for another one. Simply look out your window at night, clasp your hands together, and explain what happened. After this, go to sleep. The next time you enter the dreamrealm, you should find a repaired Sailor Crystal waiting for you.
But be careful! You can only ask for a new Sailor Crystal so many times. If you’re irresponsible, your prayer will not be answered, and you’ll have to wait one moon cycle (around 29 days) until you can try again. If you have not improved, however, The Moon will not grant you another! That’s why we recommend that if you have to wait one moon cycle, to use that cycle for training and getting stronger. Of course, feel free to take longer than one cycle if you feel it necessary! The Moon only wants you to be safe.
Transformation and Powers
As said before, Sailor Senshi’s have a transformation item that they use to transform into their magical self, which changes their appearance as well as giving them access to their powers. Your transformation item can be anything you want, from a mundane object in the physical to basically anything within the astral.
To transform, a Sailor Senshi will raise their transformation object and say; “[___] Prism Power, Make-Up!” To enemies in the astral, your transformation is instant, so don’t worry! For you, however, it can be like the entire magical girl transformation, or instant, it’s whatever you’d prefer.
Each Sailor Senshi has powers that tie directly to their cosmic object. For example, the Sailor Senshi of Pluto may have ice powers and the Sailor Senshi of Mars may have fire powers. You can choose whether or not to go off the powers shown in the anime, it doesn’t matter so long as it doesn’t clash with another cosmic object’s!
On this, every Sailor Senshi has the potential to learn basic moves such as; flight, teleportation, energy manipulation, telepathy, and more. Remember, there are no limits, you are stronger than you know, and you can do anything you set your mind to!
How to Become a Sailor Senshi
So, if you want to become a Sailor Senshi, it can be quite simple. There’s many different methods you can try;
Physical Ritual; The simplest of the methods. All you have to do is look out your window or go outside, and think of the cosmic object you wish to connect with. Close your eyes and imagine it. Speak to it, whether mentally or out loud, about why you want to become a Sailor Senshi. You can say anything you’d like.
After this, go to sleep; you should find confirmation in your dreams whether or not this worked, such as seeing your Sailor Crystal. If you have no dreams, then repeat this process the next night.
Lucid Dreaming; Go to bed and slip into a lucid dream. Once you’re there, imagine a portal that takes you from your dream to the cosmic object you wish to connect with. Once you walk through the portal, you should see your Sailor Crystal wrapped around a large mass of energy. Similar to the Physical Ritual, speak to the cosmic energy about why you want to become a Sailor Senshi.
If you’re accepted, the cosmic energy should transfer over to you, giving you the Sailor Crystal. If you’re denied, you should just wake up.
Astral Projection; Go about your usual astral projection method. Once you’re separated from your body, you have one of two options; go about the Lucid Dreaming method (where you portal to your cosmic object), or stay where you are and follow the Physical Ritual.
When speaking to your cosmic object, you can say anything you’d wish, but in order to complete the vow you must say;
“I, [name], vow to dedicate my energy to [cosmic object] as a Sailor Senshi, and to protect The Moon and Universe from the forces of evil.”
The Dreamrealm and Fighting
The Dreamrealm is where this concept strays from the anime and manga. To keep beginner magi’s safe, this concept is centered in the dreamrealm to prevent any physical harm.
As you can guess, the Dreamrealm is the realm of dreams, and it’s where you already go every night! Literally all you have to do is sleep to access it. When you’re in the Dreamrealm, it’s similar to being in the astral, especially since Sailor Senshi’s thrive best when they have a good grasp on dreams.
“So, I’m a Sailor Senshi and I have to fight. What should I do?”
First and foremost, your best shot is to find enemies during the day as a mortal. This is similar to the puella concept in ‘hunting’ for witches! When you find a monster (an entity that sucks up energy from others,) note it in your head or in a journal so you can return later in the dreamrealm.
When you’re in the dreamrealm, focus on this place or energy that you found. Something should open, whether a door or portal, inviting you to that energy. It’s advised you transform before entering so the monsters can’t identify you!
Once you’re through, beat that monster up to return the energy it’s stolen! Some of this energy will be returned to your Sailor Crystal as a reward; if you keep defeating monsters, your Crystal will shine brighter and brighter, allowing you to raise your potential and possibly unlock more forms!
Well, that’s basically it. Any questions can be asked in our tumblr ask box, or shoot us a message on discord at @hyposerenia ! Remember; let nothing dim your light!
I find that the cold is a strange thing. it is harsh and cruel. it freezes and steals life away. many things die in snowy wastelands. Yet a place like that is what I called a "home"
it basked in eternal Night. there were no stars or moon in the sky.
Nothing good lived there. Monsters that lurked in darkness always ready to kill. A people that hated all but themselves. My one memory of them was a brief encounter.
I was small still. I had stumbled upon the small village in my wandering. I was chased away. according to them my existence was a curse. An abomination who takes no breath and brings suffering.
I cannot touch people, If I try they freeze to death, even quick brushes leave humans frostbitten.
Despite all these things, I still find comfort in ice and snow. It was my cradle and my blanket. The cold was my first friend. my manipulation of ice and snow kept me alive. My sword and shield in a way.
Now in this new world, it is still my greatest comfort, with wings to catch the snow as I dance. I now understand that despite the hostility of others, there are those who will stand with and not against you. The Night is now my second friend and I am its child. simply spreading moonlight in the dark.
I could not be happier.
Someone once told me that "come night or day may moonlight connect us"
So I shall repeat this in their honor
Come rain or shine may the moonlight connect us
Orion, an Auspice of the Moon
DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE TO HUNT FOR ENTITIES/ENEMIES IF YOU'RE IN AN AREA AFFECTED BY THE HEAT WAVE.
Currently many places across the world are in an extreme heat wave reaching temperatures that feel like 106° F / 41° C
These temperatures are potentially very unsafe to venture out into, especially if you take ssris (antidepressants), are physically disabled in any manner that could make you susceptible to heat, or suffer/are vulnerable to heat strokes. For the forseeable future of those affected in these areas, refrain from physically hunting and astrally hunt instead. If you are a physical magi and have to hunt and fight physically please stay hydrsted and be safe.
Everymagi please stay hydrated and safe during this time. Thank you.
P.S even those not apart of the IRL Magi community should be staying hydrated and safe.
I made this drawing inspired by Flins's "When it snows" voiceline; Each time the snow falls, that is the call of Snezhnaya — the land whence I hail.
Personally, I've always dreamt of one day seeing the Northern lights in person and since it's been mentioned that the Auroras in Snezhnaya are quite beautiful, I really wanted to include the phenomenon in my illustration above the snow capped peaks of Snezhnaya 🌌
I'm really excited that we're finally going to Snezhnaya in August and I can't wait to see how all the beautiful environments will look when we'll finally be able to see them in-game! And of course I really hope that the Aurora Borealis will be incorporated too 💜
