I dont really know how i got roped into doing this, but im nata which you might've seen on the lovely hush now server!
if you dont know me, or what hush now is, and you accidentally stumbled here- let me sum it up for you!
hush now (you were lost, but now you're found), is a dsmp super hero au, which has a decent amount of angst, action and a dose of found family in it, the fic can be found on ao3 and was made by the amazing CorpseArt. the fic is 4 years old and has a very active fanbase, and an active discord server.
if you've never heard of it, I cant recommend it enough!
in this blog i will roleplay(along with some other hushers) as a character from the fic called the captain, which is based on the hush now version of c!puffy from the dsmp.
pls notice that we are only talking about the characters from Cropsey's story, not the dsmp characters nor the content creators, and everything we do is very much not serious!!!!

well as a hero, one of the most important qualities you can have is being compassionate and caring for the people around you.
I believe its an important quality and a must for a hero because i dont believe in surrounding yourself with people who wont care for you or anyone else other than themselves. so in my opinion this care must also exist within the heart of your partner, if they do not care for your surrounding, how will they care for you?

Dream writes. Deciding that he will be attending the Hero Tower’s private poolside networking event after all.
He’s not been in the mood to socialize for months, and he’ll probably keep to himself and dip out when the press arrives.
If there’s any joy left to be found in his life, Dream can at least nurse a vindictive appreciation for Wilbur’s misery.
All while he can escape the heat, diving into a cold pool. Getting to stretch out on the lawn chairs that line the poolside after a long swim, shaded by massive colorful umbrellas. Being served sorbet and iced cocktails by bikini-clad models; And all off the dime of the richest men and women in L’Manberg.
To try—even just for a moment—to forget how lonely he feels without Tommy there with him.
A few drinks in Dreams brain feels looser. Disappointing, he’s not any less lonely.
Sapnap is out again, (insisting that he’s patrolling out near Las Navadas when Dream texts him when Dream knows full-well that Sapnap has the night off work, the Jerk); And George still isn’t talking to Dream or taking his calls.
Dream finds himself messaging @thecaptainhn:
“Yo. You at this lame-ass party?”
And then,
“You can come. You were invited you know?”
And then also (a little more desperately), “they have a plus-one policy at the door. You wouldn’t even need to talk to anybody here.”
And, “if you don’t care to talk to Rose, Caribou, Boomer, Royal, or McChill. They’re all here.”
“Schlatt too but I don’t wanna talk to him.”
And then, a long while later:
“McChill did too many jello-shots and tried making the pool an ice rink. One of the models got stuck in the ice and when he tried to help her he slipped and fell in the punch bowl.

there is nothing wrong with having a cup of hot comforting drink after of long nights on the streets of l'manburg, it can get real cold out here.
to survive the seasons you must change with them, and that can include indulging yourself to a "childish" warm drink- to warm both your body AND your heart.
oh there's this lovely small bakery i know that also has amazing coffee and tea, i know the owner personally and she is lovely. i think you'd really like this place! we gotta catch up on so much stuff!

Well, I am getting old in villain business standards, so I'd probably be able to finally settle down and retire after severing that loose thread. Contrary to what I'm saying here, being a hateful person all the time isn't healthy, so after killing Red Chaos, I'll finally be able to live in peace. Settling down with my boyfriend, dog and kids will finally provide me with all the joy I'll ever need in my life. I advise you to do the same- find love and peace in your communities and stop bothering yourself with such silly affairs. I'm sure it will make you happier and more content :)

I'll try to tell you as much as I can without overstepping, since I don't want to share much of it online.
We have known eachother since we were kids- we grew up in the same orphanage before the hero comission seperated us.
However, fate works in funny ways, because one fateful day we saw eachother again after so many years. The spark was still there. We still meant so much to eachother, even after everything we've been through.
I saved him and we started rebuilding our life and relationship. Both of us have changed so much since we had last met, but it didn't matter. Our relationship grew over time, and now we're finally dating after so long.
He is a true blessing in my life and he makes me the happiest man alive. I truly could not imagine being in love with anyone else <3

The question you are asking me is very complex and interesting (and pretty difficult to answer!)
I believe that as much as heroes and villains are different- our lifestyles are pretty similar, so a hero and a villain CAN technically date if they ignore their massive differences in beliefs and justice systems, vigilantes might be easier to date for a hero but still i think the differences would be to great.
As for ranking the people i fight- i dont believe in ranking people (that includes the hero ranking system.) because ranking can be used as a form of dehumanizing people and diminishing their self worth. a ranking can only be used for comparing yourself to your past self as a to encourage self development and progress- but I'm getting away from our topic!
I don't enjoy fighting people let alone someone specific, I am in this business to help people, so if I have to pick a specific villain I'd choose nemesis as her dedication to helping citizens escape the crossfire during fights is pretty admirable for a villain.

I'll stay getting my cold drinks at Sam and frans' thank you very much. They have great drinks and the best air conditioning ever (yes this is biased. What are you going to do about it?)
