She finished hers and sat the bowl beside them. Rachel wrapped an arm around Casey. “These are going to be a very long couple of days.” She thought about the day and chuckled. “Oh so the doctor had thought Ethan and I were a couple, he suggested I be aroused to us and we set him very straight.”

Rachel took a bit of the pasta and smiled at her. “If worrying about me makes you cook then worry about me away. This is delicious.” She hadn’t a lot of very good vegan pastas before but Casey’s was amazing.
