Stranger Danger, Yeah Right. { O P E N }

Yuffie Kisaragi the ninja thief/treasure hunter extraordinaire was not lost. The thought itself was utterly ludicrous. She stole from ruins, corporations, people; hell she even stole from Cloud flippin' 'hero' Strife and never once has she needed a map to do any of that. She was fine. Sure, the people walked around with a weird sense of fashion, the buildings look like they were based off some crazy architect's fantasies, and the air even smelled different -- but she. was. not. lost.

"Haaaaa--" An exasperated, over-dramatized sigh dropped from her lips like a smoke bomb. Thin shoulders sagged as if the weight of a chocobo stood on them and her head dropped forward in the perfect representation of doom and gloom. Okay. Time to face the music.

She was so totally, completely, and hopelessly lost.

Air vacuumed back into her emptied lungs and apparently so did some of her poise as her posture inflated, forearm snapping into position between her knee and chin. "Get it together, Princess." She spat the title in muted frustration, surprisingly stretchy cheeks inflating like a chipmunk with a mouthful. Her eyes darted about the moving populace from whatever ledge she's got herself perched on, wondering how on Gaia they can go about like that when she's in such a dilemma.

The world might not revolve around her but like, rude much. What happened to chivalry and knighthood and yada yada. Did no one know to help out a pretty girl when she needs it? No? Then again, she didn't really fit the profile of damsel in distress. Probably looked more trouble than she was worth; not that the ninja was about to admit it.

"Where AM I?" Arms flung straight up and her visage shot her condemning expression skyward, the coiled up irritation finally exploding in one big outburst. That definitely attracted some stares. Huffing, her glare cut to the nearest soul as if expecting the answer to immediately roll of their tongue.

Officially off hiatus!

// And glad to be accepted into the CS family~ :] As I have a headache at the moment, I won't be doing much tonight... but I'll try to fix up an opener tomorrow to get acquainted. Hope to get my Yuffie back off her butt and running soon!

- Indefinite Hiatus

Thanks for the fun times, guys! Can't believe it's been about a year since I made Yuffie and first started roleplaying on Tumblr. FFumblr definitely made the new experience an awesome one for me, but now it's time to put my muse for Yuffie to rest. Who knows, maybe the great ninja will return to prey on your treasures again one day in the future. ;]

The Beoluve’s heart stopped temporarily as he watched the girl fall from the roof. How in the world did that happen? Wasn’t she being careful? How could she let that happen to herself? Why was she even on the roof in the first place? His concerns were moving at miles per minute. That’s just how he was. Came with the years of being a “knight” and a older brother.

Ramza released the breathe he didn’t know he was holding since she fell. But now she was safely on the ground and it didn’t seem like she was hurt. Thank God. “It was a close one. You should be more careful though.” Here he was already lecturing her. He needed to stop that big brother side of himself.

“I-I am—” He took a step back, staring back at the energetic girl. She was…definitely a big too close for comfort for himself. His shy self couldn’t help but allow that blush to creep on his face. “I am from…Eagrose Castle… Not from this…Edge place you speak of.”

“Eagrose Castle… huh. Never heard of any castles around here.” She pursued her lips and tapped her chin thoughtfully. Remembering the names of places and things may not be her strong point, but if there was a castle out there she would definitely know about it. Why? Because Yuffie would have most definitely tried to loot the place for treasure by now.

Momentarily distracted by his earlier comment, the ninja leaned back on the heels of her feet and peered at him with an air of confidence. “Don’t worry ‘bout me, I’m the white rose of Wutai after all! I can handle anything.” A hand jutted out in a peace sign as a grin slid across her childish features. Although she appreciated the concern, in her mind it was unnecessary.

“So back to the Ea… Eagross? Eagrase? – thing,” she started as she jutted her hip to one side and planted her hands on her hips, “you sure that’s a real place and not something you got out of a story book? Maybe you hit your head somewhere and think that’s where you’re from.” All the possibilities flared up in her hyper active mind all at once – everything, but the possibility that he was telling the truth.

Another point of interest was his clothes. They weren’t like anything she saw around Edge, and she’s been witness to quite a lot. There were select places where people intentionally dress in almost other worldly clothing; such as a circus or a convention…

Oh!

Eyes lit up as her eyes darted back to lock with his gaze. Face betraying her expectation and fascination, she abruptly asked, “Are you an actor?!”
