𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐈𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆. Where 𝐓𝐘𝐋𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐓𝐋𝐀𝐒 cooked because he loved the craft, Rosalie cooked because she loved people, mainly those who were in important to her. And 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥-𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 was one of those people. Doppelganger or not, Rosalie would have still treated Hayley with the same love and admiration that she would with any other person. But Rosalie wanted to show off just a little.
❝ Um. No. Respectfully, no. You are my guest in the Atlas-Kim home. Let me spoil you. ❞ Rosalie smiled as she was prepping the 𝐾𝑖𝑚𝑐ℎ𝑖 𝑅𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑛. Rosalie figured she would start with someone simple that didn't give the taste buds too much of a whiplash. ❝ Besides, you brought wine, that's more than enough. ❞
When Rosalie was finally ready to stir from the noodles in the noodle in the broth, her own stomach was growling. Typically, on days Rosalie didn't want to cook, but 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐈𝐄 was out with his friends, this is what she would make. Fast, easy, and there were always leftovers for Louie when he returned. With 𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐌𝐈𝐘𝐀 away at 𝐻𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑥 𝐴𝑐𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑚𝑦, Rosalie had a lot of time on her hands. So, hosting Girls' Night was something she was always excited to do.
❝ You know what, you have a deal. ❞ Once dinner was ready, Rosalie reached above to grab two bowls and began serving the kimchi ramen. Walking over to the table and placing them down, Rosalie went back to the drawers to pull out forks so they could eat to their heart's content.
❝ So, tell me, what has been going on with you? I want to know everything. ❞
𝐇𝐀𝐘𝐋𝐄𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋-𝐊𝐄𝐁𝐁𝐄𝐑 . . . Hayley pulls her bowl of Kimchi Ramen closer to her when she takes a seat. The hybrid was never one to turn down a free meal. Years on the streets, starving, have left their mark on her. Now, Hayley would eat just about anything. Being a guest in Rosalie's home was still strange, even if Hayley had been there before. The whole reason that Hayley was there now was that she had decided to make a trip out of going to see Hope at the Salvatore School. Hopefully, this time her trip isn't cut short because of Hope doing something that requires her to rush to soothe Alaric's anger & Caroline's worry.
❝It's not an impressive wine. It's the cheap stuff from Walmart.❞ Hayley tells Rosalie. She was not embarrassed by her purchase. But she knows that some people might prefer to pour it down the drain, knowing it's cheap. ❝It's the stuff I used to drink before I had Hope.❞ Now, I stick to scotch & bourbon that's spelled by a witch to actually work for me.
❝There isn't much to tell. Life's been peaceful lately. ❞ It's something that Hayley is grateful for. Years of chaos had given way to peace. Not overnight, but they've made it. Freya, Vincent, Josh, & her have created a place that's safe for Hope to come home to. Hayley picks up her fork because she cannot use chopsticks to save her life & twirls a little bit of the noodles onto it. ❝I did go out on a date with someone.❞ May as well spill something, right? It's more interesting than trying to learn French & Old Norse for my kid.
𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑 . . . Morning everyone! I met my word count for the day. However, I will still be on tonight. I am not sure how much writing will get done, but find me on Discord for sure! I am hopeful that I have the brain power tonight to hammer out some drafts on @naturesloophole.
If I don't get things done writing-wise tonight, then I'm hoping to do more of my gif pack or write up my new icon tutorial for @theresourcedhunt. I need to put more effort into this blog so it has a navigation system like Hope's blog does & things as well, but that's like last on my list, along with stats sheets. I do, however, finally have a few lore pieces done for phoenixes on @insidetheheadcanons, which means Aurélie ( & Landon )'s lore are coming together nicely.
𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐆 . . . Trying to find the best sharpening for these tiny icons might be the most annoying part of graphic making. I think I have the sharpening setting down for PHOTOPEA ( because I use photopea to make my multi icons since saving them names them in order for me without me having to type it all out again each time I make an icon ). My photoshop settings are here & I use photoshop for my Hope Mikaelson icons.

𝐇𝐀𝐘𝐋𝐄𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋 . . . There was a plan & they needed to stick to it. The objective was simple. Hayley knew what she had to do in order to get what she wanted. Too bad it meant screwing over the one that she cares about in the end. Tyler can't know the whole plan. He only needed to know the pieces that pertained to him. When Tyler touches her shoulders, the werewolf looks at him & makes sure not to break eye contact. ❝Then we break his hold on his hybrids.❞ Hayley won't admit it out loud, but the time away from Mystic Falls with Tyler had made her develop a little bit of a crush on him. ❝If we can get every one of his hybrids to do what you did, then we might have a shot against that bastard.❞ Klaus Mikaelson. A man that Hayley hates. Not only for what he did to Tyler, but because he was turning werewolves into monsters. Something that she NEVER wanted to become.

Kai sat on the edge of the heavy wooden desk, swinging his legs back and forth like a bored kid in a classroom. His eyes drifted around the room, taking in all the little details before finally locking onto her. There was an almost bored flicker in his eyes before that smirk finally pricked up his lips. He reached out and picked up a silver pen from the desk, tossing it a few inches into the air and catching it with one hand, over and over. He knew exactly who she was, and judging by the look on her face, she definitely knew who he was too. He stopped tossing the pen and pointed it right at her, his smile growing just a bit. ‘ You look like you've seen a ghost, Josie. It's cool, right? Calling you Josie? Figured as much. ‘ Kai said. His tone was entirely too casual for the situation, almost like he had just bumped into her at a grocery store instead of tracking her down for a whole week, which was impressive. He slipped off the desk and stood up straight, taking one slow step toward her. ‘ Relax. I just wanted to see my favorite niece. Aren't you gonna say hello to your favorite uncle? ‘

She knows who he was quickly. The siphoner witch finds herself backing up toward the wall as if she were scared, but in reality, she knows that the stronger magic was in the walls instead of the flooring.
❝You want me to relax when you're probably here to try & kill me again.❞ Josie voices what she figures that Kai's plan was. She doubts that he'd admit it in words. She figures actions would tell her first. Flinching when the pen gets pointed at her. You aren't going to make this easy. So why am I so scared?
The coven's information had only been given to Josie & Lizzie a whole year ago. But in that time, Josie had studied up & made Lizzie do the same. Shouldn't he be in some kind of prison world? Isn't that what this coven is known for? Why isn't their greatest evil there? Josie knows that she can't think too much about it. My reply text does not currently match the colors of my icon. I am wondering if it was bothering anyone that it wasn't matching my icon like it normally does. I'm talking the blue fancy font that's before all of my posts, the headers for my posts, etc.
𝐈𝐂𝐎𝐍 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 . . . icon for pride month! Using Aurélie's face claim for this. I saw this on instagram but there is a way to get a pride icon (not like the one I have pictured) by using this site. I also have a psd template for a pride icon that you can use in photopea to make your own icon.

Seraphina likes the new rule. It means that MJ 100% wants to hang out with her. Maybe even more often. MAYBE even as something more. 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑 . . . I wrote 1,000 words this morning just doing a drabble about Aurélie's inability to bake. Off to a wonderful start for my word count for June! My total for May was 26,315. Which actually was the highest month yet for words. My second-highest was January at 24,575. Maybe I'll be able to beat both of these records this month!
