so I was doing a reading on how xyz feels about abc during their no contact and got the cards:

I will not lie, I do feel a lot of blocked energy from your side even while shuffling the cards. Your crown/heart or solar plexus or either one of your chakars could be heavily blocked (If you feel like it you should try reiki or pranic healing they might help you with this)
The guidance comes in saying that your spirits and your guardians hear you, they see you and feel for you deeply and they too can sense this disconnect between you heart and head and how drained you are because of this inner conflict and they feel like you no longer trust yourself, others or even guidance.
