Edge of Destruction

I felt like sharing a recommendation of mine. Its the Edge of Destruction. Its a great serial where everyone is at everyone’s throats. Susan stab a bed with knife and alot of other crazy things happens. But the main reason why i recommend is before you say, “This companion stood up to the Doctor.” Watch this story. Because Barbara the BAMF Wright tells the Doctor off. She says one of my favorite lines from Classic Who,  “Accuse us… You ought to go down on your hands and knees and thank us. But gratitude’s the last thing you’ll ever have, or any sort of common sense either.” She gives him what for when he causes her and Ian of tampering with the ship.

Tell me you would not be afraid of Barbara Wright giving you that look. 

Its this story where the Doctor changes. He becomes less of an asshole because of the verbal ass kicking he received from Barbara Wright. So its pretty key in the change of the Doctor.
