Hey everyone, I’m back and I’m ready to dance, Let me first say, I never died, I was remaking Kirise’s life, second I’ve been going to school and trying to start my studio. If you remember Kirise has an adopted family(Hopefully I said that right). There used to be Hale, Doortji, Kefifi, Demo, and Timothea. Now its Just Hale, Doortji, and Debbie(?). She’s a new character replacing the three other characters and she is just the cutest. From Left to Right, Hale, Doortji, Raia(Mibigi’s Niece) , Mibigi(the Foster mother), and Debbie.Expect the new part of KL soon.  Love ya,

aay uh how do you animate on ??gimp??? bc I have it and have no idea how to do barely anything on it aha wow wow

Hii,to animate on gimp is simple, but all the other tools a complicated to me. The way I animate on gimp is I use a white layer, lower the opacity and draw from there, then when I'm done I go on play back, which shows how your animation is so far, after your done animating, export the picture one by one. Or, if you can find a plugin for gimp, you and get some thing called an image sequence. however i only see that in photoshop

the playback is on Images>filter>animation>playback.

I many use paint.net, since it's a lot less complicated and if I want to see how my animations are, I turn my file into a PSD, (i have a plugin for paint.net for that)and bring it into gimp to watch it. I hope it helps

got any tips for animating, such as programs and stuff?

I’ve had the misfortune to being able to use only Windows Movie Maker, MS Paint and Ulead Video Studio, so if anyone has any suggestions…

I use a lot of Paint.net now, Gimp is also good, but gimp can be very complicated. I suggest it tho cause it has an animation tool so you can check how your animation can be. But again i use paint.net the most cause its simple,both programs have layers so it helps and are free,paint.net also holds the colors you put in it so you don't have to go rummaging through your stuff just to get your character's colors, i do more MS paint though to make straighter and better curve lines. As for stuff go for a tablet, if your good with a mouse you'll be 10X faster with a tablet, but so many people put down people with tablets because they have to much pride to make things easier for themselves (i know cause i went through that). I use Bamboo tablet, pretty good if you ask me, you can get it $60-$70 and it comes with a drawing program too.

PETITION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF "FANIME" TO SOMETHING ELSE

because honestly sorting through the actual animations and the yearly anime convention is boring. ;_; im not a cosplayer ;____;  ijust want to see animations…

and i know it’s tough…I’ve been in the fanime community since 2006…but it’s necessary. Fanimecon was first ;_;

I was thinking like "Funimation" or "Funime" cause some of us aren't even making fan animation, some of us are just doing this for fun so yeah "Funimation" "Funime" or "Funtoon"

I use MS.PAINT for animating, Paint.net to hold the layers, because opening each animation peice throuw MS paint is a butt. And WMM to put it together =D

About the story;

"Kirise's Life," is about an orphan child, she doesn't know who her parents are, but claims that the woman in her dreams is her mother. One day when the children were leaving the orphanage/foster home, she witness her friend's death. Ever since then, strange things have been happening, things that you considered to be impossible or heard in stories. Could there be something wrong with Kirise? I wanted to post this on Tumblr, I hope you all like it <3
